Biden Failed Wars Unleash “Horseman Of Economic Apocalypse” On America

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting socialist European Union and NATO member leader German Chancellor Olaf Scholz indicating yesterday that he is ready for fresh talks with President Putin on the Ukraine conflict, says in response, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov quickly replied: “The president never rules out contacts, as he always says that he is open to various talks, especially summits…But the president has always been and remains a fan of results-oriented communication, not just talk for the sake of talk”—all of which follows leftist NBC News revealing: “U.S. and European officials have begun quietly talking to the Ukrainian government about what possible peace negotiations with Russia might entail to end the war, according to one current senior U.S. official and one former senior U.S. official familiar with the discussions”.

While the socialist Western colonial powers quietly talk about how to end the proxy war they started against Russia, this report notes, their corrupt puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky proclaimed to his needlessly suffering peoples last evening: “We are almost half way through November and must be prepared for the fact that the enemy may increase the number of drone or missile strikes on our infrastructure Russia is preparing for Ukraine…And here, in Ukraine, all attention should be focused on defence, on responding to terrorists on everything that Ukraine can do to get through the winter and improve our soldiers’ capabilities”—a proclamation that followed the Wall Street Journal reporting yesterday: “Ukrainian soldiers say they are low on ammunition and manpower on the ground in the conflict with Russia…Due to a lack of ammunition and other issues, Ukraine has been unable to seize the initiative on the battlefield and had to shift to a defensive posture after months of counteroffensive operations”—former top Ukrainian presidential aide Oleg Soskin just warned: “Zelensky’s unwillingness to consider peace talks with Russia might lead him to being ousted to make such negotiations possible”—and the Strana news outlet in Ukraine reported yesterday: “Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is eager to speak directly with former US President Donald Trump…An individual close to Zelensky’s office reasoned that Trump, as the de facto 2024 presidential nominee for the Republican Party, effectively controls the flow of foreign aid to Kiev, since Republicans hold the majority in the House of Representatives”.

With America igniting wars to serve secret special interests, as evidenced in the United States Congressional Record document “A Tangled Web: A History Of CIA Complicity In Drug International Trafficking”, this report continues, the ending of its failed war in Afghanistan was just met by the United Nations revealing: “According to the Afghanistan Opium Survey 2023, released by the agency on Sunday, the supply of opium declined by an estimated 95 per cent, falling from 6,200 tons in 2022 to 333 tons in 2023, corresponding to a fall in the area under cultivation, from 233,000 hectares to just 10,800 hectares over the same period”—a revelation quickly followed by Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev declaring: “In less than a year, the Taliban, no matter how we may feel about it, did what the US-led NATO coalition, which was allegedly fighting terrorism in the country, failed to do over a span of 20 years…That’s what happens when those who were, in fact, interested in exporting heroin to Russia and other countries leave the region”.

Among those affected by the massive CIA drug trafficking operation in Afghanistan, this report details, was China, whose President Xi Jinping will meet with Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden this week at the APEC leaders summit in San Francisco-California taking place between 14-17 November—in preparation for this meeting the leftist New York Times just released its warning article “Behind Public Assurances, Xi Jinping Spread Grim Views On U.S.”—in preparation for this meeting the China Maritime Safety Administration announced today: ”The Chinese army will conduct military exercises in South China Sea from November 14-18”–a military announcement that follows the news: “The Chinese Yuan has surpassed the Euro to become the world’s second-most used currency in SWIFT trade settlements, according to data from the international SWIFT system”–and today it was revealed that China has begun removing its gold reserves from the United States.

Along with the announcement: “Russia’s Rosatom and Dubai’s DP World, one of the globe’s largest logistics companies, inked a deal to establish a joint venture to develop container shipping along the Northern Sea Route (NSR)…DP World operates more than 80 container terminals in 40 countries accounting for 10 percent of global container shipping by volume”, this report notes, the move to transfer global trade from the socialist Western colonial controlled Panama and Suez canals to the Russian controlled Northern Sea Route is now joined by nations flocking to buy Russian weapons at the Dubai Airshow that have wiped out all of the Western weapons they’ve faced in Ukraine—Bloomberg also reported last week: “Russian businesses are rapidly filling the void left by international companies, and are benefiting by snapping up the assets of departing Western firms at discounted prices” and revealed: “The rapid rise of the BRICS is transforming the global economy, with the group’s share of world GDP in terms of purchasing power parity (PPP) set to rise well beyond of that of the Group of Seven (G7) major advanced economies”.

In contrast to the growing economic health of the Russia-China-led BRICS Alliance, this report continues, the economic article “Horseman Of The Economic Apocalypse: Friday’s US Debt Forecast Has Shocked Traders And Bankers” observed: “As the closing bell rang on Friday, triggering the usual exodus of bankers and traders to their watering holes, a bombshell dropped: Moody’s Investors Service has shifted its outlook on the Government of the United States from stable to negative, citing heightened risks to fiscal strength”—then the economic article “From AAA to AAARGH! Here’s Why Moody’s US Credit Warning Will Accelerate Dedollarization” assessed: “The claim that US Treasury securities are the most liquid asset in the world is an attempt at averting foreign holders of these securities, particularly the People’s Bank of China, from selling off these securities and halting the purchase of other US government bonds…If the latter happened, it would make it impossible for the US government to finance its fiscal deficits over the short run”.

With it revealed last week: “A majority of Americans claim they are worse off financially under the Biden administration, a new FT-Michigan Ross poll has shown…No matter how eagerly Joe Biden may have been touting his ‘Bidenomics’ to voters throughout the US, but apparently only 14 percent believe their financial situation has improved since the Democrat took office”, this report details, the vast majority of socialist indoctrinated and leftist media brainwashed American peoples still fail to comprehend the factual reality that Socialist Leader Biden’s unpaid for failed wars are leading them to economic ruin—and in the just released Fox Business article “Expert Details The Impacts The ‘Great Trucking Recession’ Will Have On Americans”, sees it warning today: “All the trucking companies right now are in dark times…Everybody’s calling this the great trucking recession, and it’s true because all the trucking companies right now are in dark times”, he said…”This is not a good time to be in the trucking industry…Just to paint a picture, the trucking industry is the engine that drives the American economy forward…We’re fueling growth and prosperity by transporting goods to where they need to be and when the engine breaks down or stops, it works like a heart…When that ceases to be, it brings the entire economic system to a halt”.

With articles now appearing like “Chaos At State Department As Memo Blasts Biden Over ‘Misinformation’ On Gaza War”, this report concludes, the leftist Axios news service revealed: “An internal State Department dissent memo accuses President Biden of “spreading misinformation” on the Israel-Hamas war and alleges that Israel is committing “war crimes” in Gaza..The scathing five-page memo — organized by a junior diplomat who has suggested on social media that Biden’s support of Israel has made him “complicit in genocide” in Gaza — offers a rare look at the raw divisions within the Biden administration over the Israel-Hamas war”—a revelation about socialist Biden Regime infighting involving their nation’s closest ally Israel that brings to mind elder American statesman Henry Kissinger warning: “To make America your enemy might be dangerous…But to make it your friend is fatal”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Americans Warn Biden They Won’t Fight As World War III Shatters Global Order

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting French President Emmanuel Macron predicting the Ukraine conflict could reach a turning point by the end of this year, however, he ruled out the possibility of Ukraine opening talks with Russia in the foreseeable future, says socialist European Union Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell then proclaimed: “There is no victory in sight for Ukraine in the conflict with Russia…We must remain united and get ready for a longer conflict, longer than Russia thought…the EU may even need to step in to replace US aid, should it diminish”.

At the same time socialist European Union leaders are wondering what to do with the disastrous failed proxy war they ignited against Russia using its corrupt puppet state Ukraine, this report notes, Politico reported: “The Senior Director for Europe at the US National Security Council, Amanda Sloat, is about to vacate her position after three years in office…Sloat played a major role in coordinating the efforts of the US and its Western allies in aiding Kiev”—a report quickly followed by famed American leftist political commentator Garland Nixon warning: “The Ukrainian project is collapsing, both militarily and politically, and the question is which one comes first…There is internal fighting on an increasingly violent scale within the regime itself, at some point the Ukrainian troops being used as cannon fodder may rebel”.

Immediately prior to top socialist Biden Regime official Amanda Sloat resigning after she flooded Ukraine with weapons for the past three years, this report continues, the world was horrified upon seeing a pregnant Ukrainian female soldier surrendering to Russian troopsa horrifying spectacle that caused the world’s richest person Elon Musk to warn Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky: “Do not send the flower of Ukrainian youth to die in trenches…History will not look kindly on leaders who needlessly sacrifice their troops”—and today the Wall Street Journal reported: “Ukraine’s shift from offense to defense reflects a move to a new phase in the conflict as Ukraine’s top commanders acknowledge that the counteroffensive didn’t achieve the desired progress…Ukraine’s top military officer, Gen. Valeriy Zaluzhniy, described the war as a stalemate in an interview with The Economist, saying there would most likely be no significant breakthrough…Russian officials have characterized the shift as a sign Moscow is gaining the upper hand and that its bet on the long game is paying off…Russian President Vladimir Putin has geared his country’s economy to war and has more than 400,000 men deployed in Ukraine, according to Ukrainian officials, while Kyiv depends on Western military and financial support, which is facing an uncertain future”.

While Russia prefers a peaceful settlement so “the flower of Ukrainian youth” can quit being needlessly sacrificed by the tens-of-thousands every month on the alter of socialist Western colonialism, this report details, the same cannot be said about the Israel Hamas War, with it reported today: “Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed that Hamas has practically lost control of northern Gaza…He added that once the war ends, his country will maintain security oversight to ensure that no new authority educates its children to hate Israel”—is a war that beyond all belief has united the Sunni and Shiite branches of Islam that have warred against each other for centuriesand in the just released leftist Washington Post article “Israel’s Free Speech Crackdown: ‘War Inside Of A War’”, it describes an Israel that’s now abandoned all rights for its peoples and cites Director Mudar Younis of the National Council of Arab Mayors in Israel lamenting: “We can’t understand what’s happening with our students, with our employees…We are very worried about what is happening but even more about what tomorrow will bring…There is no freedom of speech”.

In facing a United States government shutdown fast looming for Friday at midnight, this report notes, newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson put forward a proposal to keep funding the government through the rest of year, but omits funding for the wars in Ukraine and Israela proposal that follows the grave news: “International credit rating agency Moody’s has changed its outlook on the US from “stable” to “negative,” citing massive fiscal deficits and a notable decline in debt affordability as major reasons for the move on Friday”—grave news joined by the shocking revelation that the American peoples credit card, home mortgage, student loan and auto loan debts have all hit historic highsand American financial expert Aquiles Larrea just warned: “The US banking sector is built on an unstable foundation of bond assets that no longer hold their value…The thing to be scared about is when they start taking those realized losses because there’s a run on the bank or there’s forces beyond their control”.

Last month on 20 October, this report concludes, Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden told a group of his elite socialist campaign donors: “We were in a post-war period for 50 years where it worked pretty damn well, but that’s sort of run out of steam…Sort of run out of steam…It needs a new — a new world order in a sense”—a new world order quest just joined by Newsweek revealing: “A majority of American adults would not be willing to serve in the military were the U.S. to enter into a major war, recent polling has found, while public confidence in the armed forces appears to be waning…The figures come as all branches of the armed forces have in recent years struggled to meet their recruitment targets, suggesting a growing apathy towards a career of military service”—a new world quest that caused Presidium-Chairman Fyodor Lukyanov of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy (SVOP) to officially notify President Putin on 31 October: “There is a chain of conflicts affecting the whole world…In fact, World War III is already underway”, and in his just released strategy document “World War Three Has Started, Here’s What It Will Look Like”, he assessed about the currently shattered global order:

The disappearance of the status quo means that the world has entered a long period of turmoil in which new frameworks have not yet been established, and it is not clear when they will be, and the old ones are no longer working.

The formal end of the era of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe is an example of the dismantling of existing institutions.  The unprecedented intensity of the wave of assaults on the United Nations from all sides is an attack on the main bastion of world order established after 1945.

The current “World War Three” is likely to endure over a long timeframe and be scattered in terms of locations.

But based on its results – and there will be some – a different structure of international organizations will emerge.

This is always the case.

This does not mean that the United Nations, for example, will disappear, but there will definitely be a profound correction of the principles on which it operates.

Trump Warns Of War As Global Economy Trembles Ahead Of China-America Showdown

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov observing about the failed socialist Western colonial sanctions illegally imposed on Russia without United Nations authorization by the United States: “The West decided to destroy the world economy for the sake of teaching Russia a lesson”, says top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov then assessed: “Many are beginning to see the light and understand that, firstly, the sanctions backfired on them, and secondly, turned out to be not so painful and pushed us to build up our own potential”—all of which followed Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov warning yesterday about the future of Russia-United States relations: “The level of diplomatic ties may be lowered; and the severance of diplomatic relations is also possible”.

Among those knowing the true and catastrophic state of current global affairs, this report notes, is President Donald Trump, who last evening during an interview with the Spanish television company Univision warned: “The whole world is a mess…We did some job and now everything is horrible…You’re going to end up in a world war…We have an incompetent leader of the United States…He can’t, he can’t walk off a stage…He can’t find the stairs…He can’t put two sentences together…He can’t talk…And this man is dealing with Putin and President Xi and all of these people that would probably not say they love us”–a warning understood by the Wall Street Journal, that quickly released its article “Bonds vs. Bond Funds: How Higher Rates Are Changing The Calculation”, wherein it explained: “A bond is effectively an investor lending money to the federal, state or local government, or a company…The borrower makes interest payments, usually in twice-yearly fixed amounts, until the time the issuer pays back the principal…Bond investors often share a sentiment credited to Mark Twain, that the return of their money is more important than the return on their money”.

Most certainly known to President Trump and the Wall Street Journal, along with investors who “share a sentiment that the return of their money is more important than the return on their money”, this report continues, are the facts contained in the just released economic article “‘Terrorist’ Economy: Washington Is Prepared To Create A New Financial Disaster For The Whole World”, wherein it warningly observed:

There is a mantra that has essentially become axiomatic: the US Treasury market is the deepest and most liquid in the world.  And a corollary to that is: US Treasury bonds are ‘risk free’.

These once-taken-for-granted pillars of eternal truth are looking awfully shaky.

The tectonic plates of the US-led global financial system have been rustling ever more frequently in recent years but the quivers are now coming more frequently.  At the heart of this increasingly brittle and dysfunctional system is the US Treasury market.

Everyone has noticed the sharp rise in yields in recent months.  In early October, the US 10-years hit a yield of nearly 5%, the highest level in 16 years.  This is, of course, entirely understandable: rate hikes by the Federal Reserve have pushed bond yields higher.  But what we have been seeing is more than a manifestation of the vicissitudes of finicky markets.

As foreign buyers of US Treasuries dry up and the US government continues to run astronomical deficits at a time of high interest rates, the Treasury market is coming under increasing strain and showing ever more signs of dysfunction.  The implications of this are hard to overstate.

Some form of outright yield curve control is coming and probably sooner rather than later.  It is already creeping into the realm of mainstream speculation.  But this time it will hardly resemble a temporary war-time policy; rather it will be a move of desperation far down the road toward outright dysfunction of a market at the very heart of the global financial system.

And this will spawn a banquet of consequences.

A breakdown in the functioning of the Treasury market will trigger the widespread epiphany that the United States has turned itself into something akin to the terrorist-rigged bus set to explode if it slows to below 50 mph in the 1994 Keanu Reeves film ‘Speed’.

Politically unable to backtrack on its entitlements and military commitments but unable to afford them, it will run into the fiscal wall of excessive interest expenses and insufficient demand for its debt.

The Fed has become uncannily adept at patching up markets and, to quote Luke Gromen, employing its standard technique of “extend and pretend… then inflate” and it may continue to find ever more ingenious ways to keep the tottering edifice upright for some time.

But the rot at the very heart of the global financial system is becoming increasingly apparent for those with the eyes to see it.

Most critically seeing “the rot at the very heart of the global financial system”, this report details, is the world’s largest bank Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), whom the vast majority of Americans don’t know is the largest seller of US Treasury Bonds used to finance the United States and its failed wars—yesterday the world was flooded with articles like “Market For U.S. Treasuries Disrupted By Ransomware Attack – On China” and “World’s Largest Bank Forced To Use USB Stick To Trade”–then it was reported: “ICBC has told market participants that its US subsidiary appears to be experiencing the issue and is working to resolve US Treasury transactions as soon as possible…There was speculation among market participants that the issues with ICBC were part of the catalyst behind a very poor auction result for Treasury’s sale Thursday of 30-year bondst”.

Exactly coinciding with the mysterious chaos surrounding the world’s largest bank ICBC trades in US Treasury Bonds, this report notes, it was grimly revealed in America: “Regional bank stocks tumbled this week amid a surge to new record highs for bank’s usage of The Fed’s emergency funding facility”, then gravely reported: “Moody’s Investors Service lowered its ratings outlook on the United States government to negative from stable, pointing to rising risks to the nation’s fiscal strength…Earlier this year Moody’s cut its outlook for the entire US banking sector to negative and put six banks on ‘downgrade’ watch”.

On Wednesday, this report continues, the leftist Axios news service reported: “President Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping are preparing to announce the resumption of military-to-military communications between the two countries when they meet on the sidelines of the APEC summit later this month, according to three people familiar with the matter”—but yesterday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced: “At the invitation of US President Joe Biden, President Xi Jinping will be in San Francisco from November 14 to 17 for a China-US summit meeting and the 30th APEC Economic Leaders Meeting…The US has so far added over 1,300 Chinese entities and individuals to various sanctions lists, which are getting longer and longer…It has also kept in place illegal punitive tariffs on a large amount of Chinese products…While engaging with China on arms control, the US has not stopped its military operations along with allies in the vicinity of Chinese territories”.

As a China-America showdown looms this coming week, this report concludes, the Chinese leadership view of the United States was best expressed by President Jimmy Carter, who told a congregation at his regular Sunday school lesson at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains-Georgia in 2019: “Since 1979, do you know how many times China has been at war with anybody?…None…And we have stayed at war…The United States is the most warlike nation in the history of the world”–and nine months ago on 20 February 2023, the Chinese Foreign Ministry released its definitive document guiding its policy entitled “US Hegemony And Its Perils”, wherein it warningly observed:

Since becoming the world’s most powerful country after the two world wars and the Cold War, the United States has acted more boldly to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, pursue, maintain and abuse hegemony, advance subversion and infiltration, and willfully wage wars, bringing harm to the international community.

The United States has developed a hegemonic playbook to stage “color revolutions,” instigate regional disputes, and even directly launch wars under the guise of promoting democracy, freedom and human rights. Clinging to the Cold War mentality, the United States has ramped up bloc politics and stoked conflict and confrontation. It has overstretched the concept of national security, abused export controls and forced unilateral sanctions upon others. It has taken a selective approach to international law and rules, utilizing or discarding them as it sees fit, and has sought to impose rules that serve its own interests in the name of upholding a “rules-based international order.”

This report, by presenting the relevant facts, seeks to expose the U.S. abuse of hegemony in the political, military, economic, financial, technological and cultural fields, and to draw greater international attention to the perils of the U.S. practices to world peace and stability and the well-being of all peoples.

I. Political Hegemony — Throwing Its Weight Around

The United States has long been attempting to mold other countries and the world order with its own values and political system in the name of promoting democracy and human rights.

◆ Instances of U.S. interference in other countries’ internal affairs abound. In the name of “promoting democracy,” the United States practiced a “Neo-Monroe Doctrine” in Latin America, instigated “color revolutions” in Eurasia, and orchestrated the “Arab Spring” in West Asia and North Africa, bringing chaos and disaster to many countries.

In 1823, the United States announced the Monroe Doctrine. While touting an “America for the Americans,” what it truly wanted was an “America for the United States.”

Since then, the policies of successive U.S. governments toward Latin America and the Caribbean Region have been riddled with political interference, military intervention and regime subversion. From its 61-year hostility toward and blockade of Cuba to its overthrow of the Allende government of Chile, U.S. policy on this region has been built on one maxim-those who submit will prosper; those who resist shall perish.

The year 2003 marked the beginning of a succession of “color revolutions” — the “Rose Revolution” in Georgia, the “Orange Revolution” in Ukraine and the “Tulip Revolution” in Kyrgyzstan. The U.S. Department of State openly admitted playing a “central role” in these “regime changes.” The United States also interfered in the internal affairs of the Philippines, ousting President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. in 1986 and President Joseph Estrada in 2001 through the so-called “People Power Revolutions.”

In January 2023, former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo released his new book Never Give an Inch: Fighting for the America I Love. He revealed in it that the United States had plotted to intervene in Venezuela. The plan was to force the Maduro government to reach an agreement with the opposition, deprive Venezuela of its ability to sell oil and gold for foreign exchange, exert high pressure on its economy, and influence the 2018 presidential election.

◆ The U.S. exercises double standards on international rules. Placing its self-interest first, the United States has walked away from international treaties and organizations, and put its domestic law above international law. In April 2017, the Trump administration announced that it would cut off all U.S. funding to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) with the excuse that the organization “supports, or participates in the management of a programme of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization.” The United States quit UNESCO twice in 1984 and 2017. In 2017, it announced leaving the Paris Agreement on climate change. In 2018, it announced its exit from the UN Human Rights Council, citing the organization’s “bias” against Israel and failure to protect human rights effectively. In 2019, the United States announced its withdrawal from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty to seek unfettered development of advanced weapons. In 2020, it announced pulling out of the Treaty on Open Skies.

The United States has also been a stumbling block to biological arms control by opposing negotiations on a verification protocol for the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and impeding international verification of countries’ activities relating to biological weapons. As the only country in possession of a chemical weapons stockpile, the United States has repeatedly delayed the destruction of chemical weapons and remained reluctant in fulfilling its obligations. It has become the biggest obstacle to realizing “a world free of chemical weapons.”

◆ The United States is piecing together small blocs through its alliance system. It has been forcing an “Indo-Pacific Strategy” onto the Asia-Pacific region, assembling exclusive clubs like the Five Eyes, the Quad and AUKUS, and forcing regional countries to take sides. Such practices are essentially meant to create division in the region, stoke confrontation and undermine peace.

◆ The U.S. arbitrarily passes judgment on democracy in other countries, and fabricates a false narrative of “democracy versus authoritarianism” to incite estrangement, division, rivalry and confrontation. In December 2021, the United States hosted the first “Summit for Democracy,” which drew criticism and opposition from many countries for making a mockery of the spirit of democracy and dividing the world. In March 2023, the United States will host another “Summit for Democracy,” which remains unwelcome and will again find no support.

II. Military Hegemony — Wanton Use of Force

The history of the United States is characterized by violence and expansion. Since it gained independence in 1776, the United States has constantly sought expansion by force: it slaughtered Indians, invaded Canada, waged a war against Mexico, instigated the American-Spanish War, and annexed Hawaii. After World War II, the wars either provoked or launched by the United States included the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the Kosovo War, the War in Afghanistan, the Iraq War, the Libyan War and the Syrian War, abusing its military hegemony to pave the way for expansionist objectives. In recent years, the U.S. average annual military budget has exceeded 700 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 40 percent of the world’s total, more than the 15 countries behind it combined. The United States has about 800 overseas military bases, with 173,000 troops deployed in 159 countries.

According to the book America Invades: How We’ve Invaded or been Militarily Involved with almost Every Country on Earth, the United States has fought or been militarily involved with almost all the 190-odd countries recognized by the United Nations with only three exceptions. The three countries were “spared” because the United States did not find them on the map.

◆ As former U.S. President Jimmy Carter put it, the United States is undoubtedly the most warlike nation in the history of the world. According to a Tufts University report, “Introducing the Military Intervention Project: A new Dataset on U.S. Military Interventions, 1776-2019,” the United States undertook nearly 400 military interventions globally between those years, 34 percent of which were in Latin America and the Caribbean, 23 percent in East Asia and the Pacific, 14 percent in the Middle East and North Africa, and 13 percent in Europe. Currently, its military intervention in the Middle East and North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa is on the rise.

Alex Lo, a South China Morning Post columnist, pointed out that the United States has rarely distinguished between diplomacy and war since its founding. It overthrew democratically elected governments in many developing countries in the 20th century and immediately replaced them with pro-American puppet regimes. Today, in Ukraine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Pakistan and Yemen, the United States is repeating its old tactics of waging proxy, low-intensity, and drone wars.

◆ U.S. military hegemony has caused humanitarian tragedies. Since 2001, the wars and military operations launched by the United States in the name of fighting terrorism have claimed over 900,000 lives with some 335,000 of them civilians, injured millions and displaced tens of millions. The 2003 Iraq War resulted in some 200,000 to 250,000 civilian deaths, including over 16,000 directly killed by the U.S. military, and left more than a million homeless.

The United States has created 37 million refugees around the world. Since 2012, the number of Syrian refugees alone has increased tenfold. Between 2016 and 2019, 33,584 civilian deaths were documented in the Syrian fightings, including 3,833 killed by U.S.-led coalition bombings, half of them women and children. The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) reported on 9 November 2018 that the air strikes launched by U.S. forces on Raqqa alone killed 1,600 Syrian civilians.

The two-decades-long war in Afghanistan devastated the country. A total of 47,000 Afghan civilians and 66,000 to 69,000 Afghan soldiers and police officers unrelated to the September 11 attacks were killed in U.S. military operations, and more than 10 million people were displaced. The war in Afghanistan destroyed the foundation of economic development there and plunged the Afghan people into destitution. After the “Kabul debacle” in 2021, the United States announced that it would freeze some 9.5 billion dollars in assets belonging to the Afghan central bank, a move considered as “pure looting.”

In September 2022, Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu commented at a rally that the United States has waged a proxy war in Syria, turned Afghanistan into an opium field and heroin factory, thrown Pakistan into turmoil, and left Libya in incessant civil unrest. The United States does whatever it takes to rob and enslave the people of any country with underground resources.

The United States has also adopted appalling methods in war. During the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the Kosovo War, the War in Afghanistan and the Iraq War, the United States used massive quantities of chemical and biological weapons as well as cluster bombs, fuel-air bombs, graphite bombs and depleted uranium bombs, causing enormous damage on civilian facilities, countless civilian casualties and lasting environmental pollution.

III. Economic Hegemony — Looting and Exploitation

After World War II, the United States led efforts to set up the Bretton Woods System, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which, together with the Marshall Plan, formed the international monetary system centered around the U.S. dollar. In addition, the United States has also established institutional hegemony in the international economic and financial sector by manipulating the weighted voting systems, rules and arrangements of international organizations including “approval by 85 percent majority,” and its domestic trade laws and regulations. By taking advantage of the dollar’s status as the major international reserve currency, the United States is basically collecting “seigniorage” from around the world; and using its control over international organizations, it coerces other countries into serving America’s political and economic strategy.

◆ The United States exploits the world’s wealth with the help of “seigniorage.” It costs only about 17 cents to produce a 100 dollar bill, but other countries had to pony up 100 dollar of actual goods in order to obtain one. It was pointed out more than half a century ago, that the United States enjoyed exorbitant privilege and deficit without tears created by its dollar, and used the worthless paper note to plunder the resources and factories of other nations.

◆ The hegemony of U.S. dollar is the main source of instability and uncertainty in the world economy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States abused its global financial hegemony and injected trillions of dollars into the global market, leaving other countries, especially emerging economies, to pay the price. In 2022, the Fed ended its ultra-easy monetary policy and turned to aggressive interest rate hike, causing turmoil in the international financial market and substantial depreciation of other currencies such as the Euro, many of which dropped to a 20-year low. As a result, a large number of developing countries were challenged by high inflation, currency depreciation and capital outflows. This was exactly what Nixon’s secretary of the treasury John Connally once remarked, with self-satisfaction yet sharp precision, that “the dollar is our currency, but it is your problem.”

◆ With its control over international economic and financial organizations, the United States imposes additional conditions to their assistance to other countries. In order to reduce obstacles to U.S. capital inflow and speculation, the recipient countries are required to advance financial liberalization and open up financial markets so that their economic policies would fall in line with America’s strategy. According to the Review of International Political Economy, along with the 1,550 debt relief programs extended by the IMF to its 131 member countries from 1985 to 2014, as many as 55,465 additional political conditions had been attached.

◆ The United States willfully suppresses its opponents with economic coercion. In the 1980s, to eliminate the economic threat posed by Japan, and to control and use the latter in service of America’s strategic goal of confronting the Soviet Union and dominating the world, the United States leveraged its hegemonic financial power against Japan, and concluded the Plaza Accord. As a result, Yen was pushed up, and Japan was pressed to open up its financial market and reform its financial system. The Plaza Accord dealt a heavy blow to the growth momentum of the Japanese economy, leaving Japan to what was later called “three lost decades.”

◆ America’s economic and financial hegemony has become a geopolitical weapon. Doubling down on unilateral sanctions and “long-arm jurisdiction,” the United States has enacted such domestic laws as the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act, and the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act, and introduced a series of executive orders to sanction specific countries, organizations or individuals. Statistics show that U.S. sanctions against foreign entities increased by 933 percent from 2000 to 2021. The Trump administration alone has imposed more than 3,900 sanctions, which means three sanctions per day. So far, the United States had or has imposed economic sanctions on nearly 40 countries across the world, including Cuba, China, Russia, the DPRK, Iran and Venezuela, affecting nearly half of the world’s population. “The United States of America” has turned itself into “the United States of Sanctions.” And “long-arm jurisdiction” has been reduced to nothing but a tool for the United States to use its means of state power to suppress economic competitors and interfere in normal international business. This is a serious departure from the principles of liberal market economy that the United States has long boasted.

IV. Technological Hegemony — Monopoly and Suppression

The United States seeks to deter other countries’ scientific, technological and economic development by wielding monopoly power, suppression measures and technology restrictions in high-tech fields.

◆ The United States monopolizes intellectual property in the name of protection. Taking advantage of the weak position of other countries, especially developing ones, on intellectual property rights and the institutional vacancy in relevant fields, the United States reaps excessive profits through monopoly. In 1994, the United States pushed forward the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), forcing the Americanized process and standards in intellectual property protection in an attempt to solidify its monopoly on technology.

In the 1980s, to contain the development of Japan’s semiconductor industry, the United States launched the “301” investigation, built bargaining power in bilateral negotiations through multilateral agreements, threatened to label Japan as conducting unfair trade, and imposed retaliatory tariffs, forcing Japan to sign the U.S.-Japan Semiconductor Agreement. As a result, Japanese semiconductor enterprises were almost completely driven out of global competition, and their market share dropped from 50 percent to 10 percent. Meanwhile, with the support of the U.S. government, a large number of U.S. semiconductor enterprises took the opportunity and grabbed larger market share.

◆ The United States politicizes, weaponizes technological issues and uses them as ideological tools. Overstretching the concept of national security, the United States mobilized state power to suppress and sanction Chinese company Huawei, restricted the entry of Huawei products into the U.S. market, cut off its supply of chips and operating systems, and coerced other countries to ban Huawei from undertaking local 5G network construction. It even talked Canada into unwarrantedly detaining Huawei’s CFO Meng Wanzhou for nearly three years.

The United States has fabricated a slew of excuses to clamp down on China’s high-tech enterprises with global competitiveness, and has put more than 1,000 Chinese enterprises on sanction lists. In addition, the United States has also imposed controls on biotechnology, artificial intelligence and other high-end technologies, reinforced export restrictions, tightened investment screening, suppressed Chinese social media apps such as TikTok and WeChat, and lobbied the Netherlands and Japan to restrict exports of chips and related equipment or technology to China.

The United States has also practiced double standards in its policy on China-related technological professionals. To sideline and suppress Chinese researchers, since June 2018, visa validity has been shortened for Chinese students majoring in certain high-tech-related disciplines, repeated cases have occurred where Chinese scholars and students going to the United States for exchange programs and study were unjustifiably denied and harassed, and large-scale investigation on Chinese scholars working in the United States was carried out.

◆ The United States solidifies its technological monopoly in the name of protecting democracy. By building small blocs on technology such as the “chips alliance” and “clean network,” the United States has put “democracy” and “human rights” labels on high-technology, and turned technological issues into political and ideological issues, so as to fabricate excuses for its technological blockade against other countries. In May 2019, the United States enlisted 32 countries to the Prague 5G Security Conference in the Czech Republic and issued the Prague Proposal in an attempt to exclude China’s 5G products. In April 2020, then U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the “5G clean path,” a plan designed to build technological alliance in the 5G field with partners bonded by their shared ideology on democracy and the need to protect “cyber security.” The measures, in essence, are the U.S. attempts to maintain its technological hegemony through technological alliances.

◆ The United States abuses its technological hegemony by carrying out cyber attacks and eavesdropping. The United States has long been notorious as an “empire of hackers,” blamed for its rampant acts of cyber theft around the world. It has all kinds of means to enforce pervasive cyber attacks and surveillance, including using analog base station signals to access mobile phones for data theft, manipulating mobile apps, infiltrating cloud servers, and stealing through undersea cables. The list goes on.

U.S. surveillance is indiscriminate. All can be targets of its surveillance, be they rivals or allies, even leaders of allied countries such as former German Chancellor Angela Merkel and several French Presidents. Cyber surveillance and attacks launched by the United States such as “Prism,” “Dirtbox,” “Irritant Horn” and “Telescreen Operation” are all proof that the United States is closely monitoring its allies and partners. Such eavesdropping on allies and partners has already caused worldwide outrage. Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, a website that has exposed U.S. surveillance programs, said that “do not expect a global surveillance superpower to act with honor or respect. There is only one rule: there are no rules.”

V. Cultural Hegemony — Spreading False Narratives

The global expansion of American culture is an important part of its external strategy. The United States has often used cultural tools to strengthen and maintain its hegemony in the world.

◆ The United States embeds American values in its products such as movies. American values and lifestyle are a tied product to its movies and TV shows, publications, media content, and programs by the government-funded non-profit cultural institutions. It thus shapes a cultural and public opinion space in which American culture reigns and maintains cultural hegemony. In his article The Americanization of the World, John Yemma, an American scholar, exposed the real weapons in U.S. cultural expansion: the Hollywood, the image design factories on Madison Avenue and the production lines of Mattel Company and Coca-Cola.

There are various vehicles the United States uses to keep its cultural hegemony. American movies are the most used; they now occupy more than 70 percent of the world’s market share. The United States skilfully exploits its cultural diversity to appeal to various ethnicities. When Hollywood movies descend on the world, they scream the American values tied to them.

◆ American cultural hegemony not only shows itself in “direct intervention,” but also in “media infiltration” and as “a trumpet for the world.” U.S.-dominated Western media has a particularly important role in shaping global public opinion in favor of U.S. meddling in the internal affairs of other countries.

The U.S. government strictly censors all social media companies and demands their obedience. Twitter CEO Elon Musk admitted on 27 December 2022 that all social media platforms work with the U.S. government to censor content, reported Fox Business Network. Public opinion in the United States is subject to government intervention to restrict all unfavorable remarks. Google often makes pages disappear.

U.S. Department of Defense manipulates social media. In December 2022, The Intercept, an independent U.S. investigative website, revealed that in July 2017, U.S. Central Command official Nathaniel Kahler instructed Twitter’s public policy team to augment the presence of 52 Arabic-language accounts on a list he sent, six of which were to be given priority. One of the six was dedicated to justifying U.S. drone attacks in Yemen, such as by claiming that the attacks were precise and killed only terrorists, not civilians. Following Kahler’s directive, Twitter put those Arabic-language accounts on a “white list” to amplify certain messages.

◆The United States practices double standards on the freedom of the press. It brutally suppresses and silences media of other countries by various means. The United States and Europe bar mainstream Russian media such as Russia Today and the Sputnik from their countries. Platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube openly restrict official accounts of Russia. Netflix, Apple and Google have removed Russian channels and applications from their services and app stores. Unprecedented draconian censorship is imposed on Russia-related contents.

◆The United States abuses its cultural hegemony to instigate “peaceful evolution” in socialist countries. It sets up news media and cultural outfits targeting socialist countries. It pours staggering amounts of public funds into radio and TV networks to support their ideological infiltration, and these mouthpieces bombard socialist countries in dozens of languages with inflammatory propaganda day and night.

The United States uses misinformation as a spear to attack other countries, and has built an industrial chain around it: there are groups and individuals making up stories, and peddling them worldwide to mislead public opinion with the support of nearly limitless financial resources.

While a just cause wins its champion wide support, an unjust one condemns its pursuer to be an outcast. The hegemonic, domineering, and bullying practices of using strength to intimidate the weak, taking from others by force and subterfuge, and playing zero-sum games are exerting grave harm. The historical trends of peace, development, cooperation, and mutual benefit are unstoppable. The United States has been overriding truth with its power and trampling justice to serve self-interest. These unilateral, egoistic and regressive hegemonic practices have drawn growing, intense criticism and opposition from the international community.

Countries need to respect each other and treat each other as equals. Big countries should behave in a manner befitting their status and take the lead in pursuing a new model of state-to-state relations featuring dialogue and partnership, not confrontation or alliance. China opposes all forms of hegemonism and power politics, and rejects interference in other countries’ internal affairs. The United States must conduct serious soul-searching. It must critically examine what it has done, let go of its arrogance and prejudice, and quit its hegemonic, domineering and bullying practices.

Russia Nears Severing Diplomatic Relations With America As “Invisible Hand” Comes For Zelensky

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin held a closed-doors meeting with high-ranking commanders during an unannounced visit to the headquarters of Russia’s Southern Military District this morning, which oversees the military operation against Ukraine, says upon the meeting ending Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov announced to the world: “We are indeed going through an acute crisis in relations, the likes of which we have never seen before…We need to carefully calibrate and verify the steps we are taking to prevent further escalation…That is why, if we look at Washington’s current behavior model from this perspective, I don’t rule out anything at all…The level of diplomatic ties may be lowered; and the severance of diplomatic relations is also possible”, then he warned the Russian peoples: “The Americans are increasingly engaging in provocations against our citizens….We all need to be on alert, keep in contact with our embassies and consular offices, and expect any hostile action or provocation, including arrests…I would like to caution all our citizens not to undertake such ill-advised travel”.

For reasons best left to be examined by mental health professionals, this report notes, yesterday it saw socialist Western colonial puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky proclaiming: “Looking at all these wars, looking at all the crises not only Ukraine, but in Africa, in the Middle East…Sometimes I am looking at these and think that the best way if this planet will be the planet of dogs…Sometimes I don’t understand people, really”—a proclamation of lunacy swiftly followed by Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh announcing: “We have had to meter out our support for Ukraine…We’re going to continue to roll out packages but they are getting smaller”—Dutch independent journalist Sonja Van Den Ende then warned: “Open war war may break out within the Kiev regime leadership”—all of which was joined by retired CIA and State Department intelligence officer Larry Johnson gravely assessing: “The writing is on the wall for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky…The invisible hand of the West is orchestrating what may end up in a regime change coup in Ukraine”.

While the socialist Western colonial “invisible hand” comes to choke the life out of its corrupt and failed puppet war leader President Zelensky, this report concludes, socialist Democrat Party leader Hillary Clinton also demanded regime change in Israel and Palestinea regime change demand that followed Clinton warning about President Donald Trump: “Hitler was duly elected, right?…And so all of a sudden, somebody with those tendencies, the dictatorial, the authoritarian tendencies would be like, ok, we’re gonna shut this down, we’re gonna throw these people in jail and they usually don’t telegraph that…Trump is telling us what he intends to do!…Take him at his word!…The man means to throw people in jail who disagree with him!…Shut down legitimate press outlets!…Do what he can that literally undermine the rule of law!”—a warning, however, that was quickly met by sane Americans pointing out the fact that the only one who arrests his political opponents like Adolph HitlerMao and Stalin did is Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Republicans Blast Through Biden Ukraine Lies In Senate And On Debate Stage

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin arrived on an official visit in Astana to hold talks with Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, says he remarked it would be soon ten years since the basic agreement on the good-neighborliness and alliance in the 21st Century was inked by the two countries—a remark on good-neighborliness that followed socialist Biden Regime official State Department spokesperson Vedant Patel declaring: “The United States is not pushing Ukraine toward negotiations with Russia”.

In an example of what good-neighborliness doesn’t look like, this report notes, the socialist Biden Regime ignored the 1 February 2008 urgent top secret cable sent by current CIA Director William Burns when he was the United States Ambassador to Russia, wherein he warned: “Following a muted first reaction to Ukraine’s intent to seek a NATO Membership Action Plan (MAP) at the Bucharest summit, Foreign Minister Lavrov and other senior officials have reiterated strong opposition, stressing that Russia would view further eastward expansion as a potential military threat…NATO enlargement, particularly to Ukraine, remains “an emotional and neuralgic” issue for Russia, but strategic policy considerations also underlie strong opposition to NATO membership for Ukraine and Georgia…In Ukraine, these include fears that the issue could potentially split the country in two, leading to violence or even, some claim, civil war, which would force Russia to decide whether to intervene”.

With Russia forced to launch the “Special De-Nazification Operation” on 22 February 2022 when the Ukraine civil war threatened the lives of all of its Russia speaking peoples, this report continues, now defeated Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky cried to his socialist Western colonial puppet masters yesterday: “We have a plan…We have very concrete cities, very concrete directions where we go…I can’t share all the details but we have some slow steps forward on the south, also we have steps on the east…I am sure we’ll have success…It’s difficult”—a cry joined by the article “Ukrainian Women to Be Zelensky’s New Cannon Fodder”, wherein it revealed: “According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, roughly 43,000 women now serve in the nation’s armed forces which constitute a staggering 40% increase since 2021…Accordingly, the Ukrainian military canceled restrictions which prevented female recruits from serving as machine gunners, tank commanders, snipers and truck drivers…It also raised the age limit for women eligible for conscription from 40 to 60”.

While President Zelensky prepares to conscript for military service all women up to the age of 60, this report details, the leftist Washington Post reported: “The new left-populist government of Slovakia, a country neighboring Ukraine that had been one of its staunchest supporters, on Wednesday rejected a proposed package of military aid for Kyiv”, and in their article “Russian Missile Strike Turned Ukrainian Medal Ceremony Into A Bloodbath” revealed how the Ukraine military foolishly conducted a medal ceremony for one of their top units 20 miles from the frontline—a revelation joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing this morning: “The Ukrainian military lost up to 235 soldiers as killed or injured in the Donetsk direction in the past 24 hours”–and today the Wall Street Journal reported: “A Ukrainian push for a high-level summit aimed at bolstering international support for its fight with Russia is losing steam, a casualty of rising tensions in the Middle East, Western diplomats said”.

Yesterday, this report notes, White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby revealed: “The United States has already burned through nearly 96% of funds allocated for Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict and more than 90% of security assistance replenishment funds”—a revelation joined by the Bank of America warning: “The United States national debt could surge by $20 trillion over the next decade to over $50 trillion”—and was a warning quickly followed by top Republican Party lawmaker Senator J.D. Vance truthfully telling the American peoples from the floor of the United States Senate: “Basic questions about Biden’s Ukraine policy, including Washington’s true strategic objective in the former Soviet republic, haven’t been addressed…Americans are commonly told that the aim is to force Russia out of all Ukrainian territory, including regions that have been annexed by Moscow following overwhelming votes for independence from Kiev…And yet, when you talk to the president’s own administration in private, they admit that is a strategic impossibility…No rational human being in the president’s administration believes that it is possible to throw the Russians out of every inch of Ukrainian territory…So, why is that the public justification offered by many advocates of indefinite, unlimited Ukrainian aid?…Because this debate is fundamentally dishonest…We are not telling the American people the truth because we know that if we did tell them the truth, they would not support an indefinite flow of money to Ukraine”.

Following Senator Vance blasting through all of the lies told by the socialist Biden Regime about Ukraine, this report concludes, Vivek Ramaswamy became the #1 trending topic on social media in the United Statesand as one of the five Republican presidential candidates participating in last evenings leftist NBC News debate, Vivek Ramaswamy shot to sudden fame because he honestly declared to the American peoples on nationwide television: “Ukraine is not a paragon of democracy…This is a country that has banned 11 opposition parties…It has consolidated all media into one state TV media arm — that’s not democratic…It has threatened not to hold elections this year unless the US forks over more money — that is not democratic…It has celebrated a Nazi in its ranks, the comedian in cargo pants, a man called Zelensky…That is not democratic…The regions of Ukraine that are occupied by Russia right now in the Donbas: Luhansk and Donetsk…These are Russian-speaking regions that have not even been part of Ukraine since 2014…To frame this as some kind of battle between good versus evil, don’t buy it”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. 13 For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
