Russia Issues Historic “Holy War” Decree Vowing Victory Over “Fallen Into Satanism” Globalist West

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting demented and deranged Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden declared about the stalled Ukraine military aid bill in the United States Congress yesterday: “The war in Ukraine comes to an end by the House Leader allowing a vote”, says in quick response, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev most factually observed: “Biden’s words amount to saying keep killing each other…The more people die, the better…I want more deaths”.
During a United States Congress hearing on the stalled Ukraine military aid bill yesterday, this report notes, Supreme Allied Commander Europe United States Army General Christopher Cavoli warningly proclaimed: “The severity of this moment cannot be overstated…Ukraine will run out of artillery shells and air-defense munitions without additional US support…The side that can’t shoot back loses”—a warning proclamation joined by top socialist Biden Regime official Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander further warning American lawmakers: “The US has provided Ukraine with over $113 billion in various forms of assistance since the start of hostilities in February 2022, including more than $62 billion in military aid funneled through the Pentagon…However, more funds are urgently needed to protect this investment…What we need right now to prevent Russian success and Ukrainian defeat is passage of the supplemental…None of that work that we’ve done for two years in investing in Ukraine’s future will pay off, unless we get them through the next few months”.
Though Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander failed to explain exactly how the deaths of hundreds-of-thousands of Ukrainians is an “investment”, this report continues, she did reveal to American lawmakers during her testimony yesterday: “The strikes that we have seen against Russian energy sources have not significantly altered Russia’s ability to prosecute the war…The evidence we’ve seen is that the Russians have been able to rapidly repair the facilities that were struck”—a revelation followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing earlier today: “In response to the Kiev regime’s attempts to damage Russian oil and gas industry and energy facilities, last night the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation conducted a massive precision strike using long-range air and sea-based weapons, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, on the fuel and energy complex objects of Ukraine…The strike objectives have been achieved…All targets have been hit”—an announcement followed by the Kiev Post revealing: “Russian forces launched yet another mass aerial attack against Ukraine on Thursday morning, 11 April, firing missiles, including hypersonic Kinzhals, from more than nine strategic bombers, targeting critical infrastructures in the Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv and Kharkiv regions…As a result of the attack, the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant (TPP) was completely destroyed in the Kyiv region”—and as it pertains to the massive strike on the Bilche-Volytsko-Uherske Storage Facility in Ukraine. which can store four times the volume of the largest German natural gas facility and forms part of the European continent’s largest underground cavern network capable of storing vitally needed natural gas, Western military analysts observed: “At least eight Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and four Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles early in the morning of 11 April attacked the largest Bilche-Volitsko-Uher gas storage facility with a capacity of 17 billion cubic meters, which is more than half the capacity of all underground gas storage facilities in the country…The attack on this underground gas storage facility is confirmed by the Ukrainian company Naftogaz…In order to take an underground gas storage facility out of the game, it is not necessary to undermine it directly…It is enough to destroy the entire infrastructure that allows gas to be pumped in and taken out…Based on the number of arrivals, such destruction is very likely…Attacks with such devastating consequences for Ukraine’s failing energy system serve as a kind of response to the intensified terrorist attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian refineries and other strategic industrial facilities…Moscow’s hint in this case is more than transparent: don’t stop, it will be even bigger and worse”.
Joining the government of Switzerland announcing yesterday it will host a high-level international conference in June to help chart a path toward peace in Ukraine that will exclude Russia, this report details, Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis most factually observed: “Any diplomatic efforts to resolve the Ukraine conflict will be fruitless unless Russia is involved in the process”—and was a factual observation followed by the news: “This week Germany has begun deploying troops to the Baltic state of Lithuania on the border with Russia, which marks the first such external deployment of its kind for Germany’s military since World War II — and which is the result of Berlin adopting a firmer ‘counter-Russia’ posture after more than two years of war in Ukraine”.
In knowing the truth that the socialist Western colonial powers have no intention of ending its proxy war against Russia using the Ukrainian Nazi Regime, this report notes, American leftist journalist Mark Toth and neocon warmonger retired United States Army Colonel Jonathan Sweet just released their open letter “‘No Ordinary Time’ — The World Is At War, And No One Will Lead”, wherein they fearfully warned: “The world is increasingly at war and yet, House Republicans and President Joe Biden are unwilling to rise above the flames…They are crassly prioritizing electoral calculus ahead of national security…We are running out of time…The U.S. needs to be placed on a war footing”—a fearful warning joined by American conservative icon Hugh Hewitt, who, in his just released open letter “We Are In A War. Biden Doesn’t Know It. Trump Does”, gravely assessed: “Is the United States at war this April, 2024?…Was it at war in November, 1941?…Of course we are, just as we were on the eve of Pearl Harbor…Just as then, many Americans including the president were unaware of it….Though President Biden may not fully grasp it because he is increasingly and obviously infirm (and our enemies know it)— the triumvirs he rules in the name of —Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Secretary of Defense Austin and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan— surely do know this fundamental fact…If they don’t they are stupid, and they are not stupid…They do seem, however, afraid…Former President Trump may disagree on the details of how to wage this war, but he knows it is ongoing and many of the people he will bring back to a new administration he heads will get it exactly right”.
What is known by President Donald Trump, but everyone in the socialist Biden Regime is afraid to truthfully admit to the American peoples, this report concludes, is that Russia is a Christian theocracy like Iran is an Islamic theocracy and Israel is a Jewish theocracy—is a Russian Christian theocracy headed jointly by President Putin and His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia—at the plenary session of the World Russian People’s Council convened nearly four months ago on 28 November 2023, all of Russia’s top political, religious and military leaders were ordered by President Putin to create a legal document chartering the path forward for the Russian Federation, with him declaring: “Russia is fighting for the freedom of the whole world…We openly say that the dictatorship of one hegemon is becoming decrepit…She has become, as they say, a double-dealing peddler and is simply dangerous to those around her…This is already clear to the entire world majority…I want to emphasize: without a sovereign, strong Russia, no lasting, stable world order is possible…It is our country, the Russian world, as has happened more than once in history, that has blocked the path of those who claim world domination”—and a fortnight ago, on 27 March 2024, the Moscow Patriarchate published its final decree “Order Of The XXV World Russian People’s Council “The Present And Future Of The Russian World”” legally binding on all Russian political, religious and military leaders, wherein it declared and ordered:
During the cathedral congress, which took place on 27 March 2024 in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow under the chairmanship of the head of the VRNS, His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, the Order of the XXV World Russian People’s Council “The Present and Future of the Russian World” was approved (Moscow, 27-28 November 2023).
This document, summarizing the most significant proposals put forward within the framework of the work of expert platforms and during the Plenary session, is a program document of the XXV World Russian People’s Council, as well as an order addressed to the legislative and executive authorities of Russia.
1. Special military operation
The special military operation is a new stage in the national liberation struggle of the Russian people against the criminal Kyiv regime and the collective West behind it, waged on the lands of Southwestern Rus‘ since 2014. During the SVO, the Russian people, with arms in hand, defend their lives, freedom, statehood, civilizational, religious, national and cultural identity, as well as the right to live on their own land within the borders of a single Russian state.
From a spiritual and moral point of view, a special military operation is a Holy War, in which Russia and its people, defending the single spiritual space of Holy Rus‘, fulfill the mission of “Holding”, protecting the world from the onslaught of globalism and the victory of the West, which has fallen into Satanism.
After the completion of the Northeast Military District, the entire territory of modern Ukraine should enter the zone of exclusive influence of Russia. The possibility of the existence in this territory of a Russophobic political regime hostile to Russia and its people, as well as a political regime controlled from an external center hostile to Russia, must be completely excluded.
2. Russian world
Russia is the creator, support and defender of the Russian world. The borders of the Russian world as a spiritual, cultural and civilizational phenomenon are significantly wider than the state borders of both the current Russian Federation and greater historical Russia. Along with representatives of the Russian ecumene scattered throughout the world, the Russian world includes everyone for whom the Russian tradition, the shrines of Russian civilization and the great Russian culture are the highest value and meaning of life.
The highest meaning of the existence of Russia and the Russian world it created – their spiritual mission – is to be the global “Holder”, protecting the world from evil. The historical mission is to over and over again destroy attempts to establish universal hegemony in the world – attempts to subjugate humanity to a single evil principle.
Building a thousand-year-old Russian statehood is the highest form of political creativity of Russians as a nation. The division and weakening of the Russian people, the deprivation of their spiritual and vital forces have always led to the weakening and crisis of the Russian state. Therefore, the restoration of the unity of the Russian people, as well as their spiritual and life potential, are key conditions for the survival and successful development of Russia and the Russian world in the 21st century.
The family is the basis of Russian national life and the internal stronghold of the tradition of the Russian World. This is the most stable, conservative institution of society, responsible for transmitting from generation to generation basic ideas about the world and about man, for instilling the most important social skills and roles (men and women, father and mother, citizen, etc.), for preserving and transmission of a civilizational worldview, national idea, as well as traditional spiritual and moral values. Being the most important school for personal development, the family not only helps a person to understand the world around him, but also teaches him love, kindness and compassion, and provides the most important moral ideas and guidelines.
3. Foreign policy
Russia must become one of the leading centers of the multipolar world, leading integration processes and ensuring security and stable development throughout the post-Soviet space. As the geopolitical center of Eurasia, located at the intersection of the global axes West-East and North-South, Russia must regulate the balance of strategic interests and act as a bulwark of security and a fair world order in the new multipolar world. The reunification of the Russian people should become one of the priorities of Russian foreign policy. Russia should return to the doctrine of the trinity of the Russian people, which has existed for more than three centuries, according to which the Russian people consist of Great Russians, Little Russians and Belarusians, who are branches (sub-ethnicities) of one people, and the concept “Russian” covers all the Eastern Slavs – the descendants of historical Rus‘. In addition to recognition and development in domestic science, the doctrine of the trinity should receive legislative codification, becoming an integral part of the Russian legal system. The Trinity should be included in the normative list of Russian spiritual and moral values and receive appropriate legal protection.
Russia must become a refuge state for all compatriots of the world suffering from the onslaught of Western globalism, wars and discrimination. In addition to our compatriots, our country can become a refuge for millions of foreigners who defend traditional values, are loyal to Russia and are ready for linguistic and cultural integration in our country.
