“Wind Is Blowing Against West” Declared Because America Became Delusional

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko grimly assessing: “Military force has again become the main argument put forth by global decision-making centers…As if there had never been millions of losses in human lives and the horrors of the First and Second World Wars…Now we have been literally engulfed by an informational wave of so-called foreboding of a Third World War, which has been bandied about by everybody and their uncle…And there are legitimate grounds for such concerns”, says he then warningly observed: “The situation is no calmer on the European continent, including near our borders…In the immediate vicinity of Belarus and Russia, as part of the alliance’s operations in Europe, about 32,000 soldiers of the contingents of the united armed forces of NATO and the United States are stationed…There are more than 1,000 armored vehicles, about 160 artillery systems and mortars, 235 airplanes and helicopters”.
While NATO and United States military forces mass near Russia and Belarus, this report notes, top socialist European Union official for foreign policy High Representative Josep Borrell fearfully declared to his socialist Western colonial allies about their Ukraine proxy war against Russia: “It is clear that the wind is blowing against the West, it is blowing against us…In three months things will be decided on the battlefield…And we have to win the battle of narratives”—is a “wind blowing against the West” exampled by in responding to an X user who wrote: “It is time for a ceasefire and peace talks between Ukraine and Russia…Ukraine has lost this war and nothing will change that…Ukraine doesn’t have enough men to win…$60 billion for Ukraine won’t change the facts…Russia is going to keep Crimea and parts of eastern Ukraine”, the world’s smartest and richest person Elon Musk agreed and wrote: “Yes…It is just a question of how many die before that reality is accepted…A peace deal should have been done a year ago…Since then, thousands of boys have died for nothing and Ukraine’s position grows weaker by the day”—and all the X users were responding to an original post-thread by Musk’s former PayPal colleague David Sacks, where he opined that the Republican Party-led House of Representatives would not pass the foreign aid: “You can almost feel the panic online that the $61 billion won’t pass…For many, this is the last big payoff they will ever see…They will say anything to get it…They will do anything to get it…The pressure on Speaker Johnson must be enormous…I compliment him for holding firm so far…But at the end of the day, I expect something will pass…Pockets don’t line themselves…If Ukraine supporters wanted to persuade us that there’s no money laundering going on, they would have agreed to an accountant…They rejected it, twice ”.
Last evening, this report continues, corrupt socialist Western colonial puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky warningly declared in his nightly address: “Delays in military aid make the situation extremely difficult on several parts of the front line, where Russian troops have amassed maximum reserves”—a warning declaration that provides yet another example as to why “the wind is blowing against West”, specifically because the entire world well remembers the leftist New York Times article “Obama Said To Resist Growing Pressure From All Sides To Arm Ukraine” published on 10 March 2015, wherein it revealed: “President Obama has signaled privately that despite all the pressure, he remains reluctant to send arms…In part, he has told aides and visitors that arming the Ukrainians would encourage the notion that they could actually defeat the far more powerful Russians, and so it would potentially draw a more forceful response from Moscow”—and wherein this article also noted Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken warning an audience in Berlin the previous week: “If you’re playing on the military terrain in Ukraine, you’re playing to Russia’s strength, because Russia is right next door…It has a huge amount of military equipment and military force right on the border…Anything we did as countries in terms of military support for Ukraine is likely to be matched and then doubled and tripled and quadrupled by Russia”.
Causing President Obama and his Deputy Secretary of State Blinken to not even think about aiding Ukraine with weapons, this report details, was the top secret cable “NYET MEANS NYET: RUSSIA’S NATO ENLARGEMENT REDLINES” sent by United States Ambassador William Burns to Russia on 1 February 2008, wherein he warned: “Ukraine and Georgia’s NATO aspirations not only touch a raw nerve in Russia, they engender serious concerns about the consequences for stability in the region…Not only does Russia perceive encirclement, and efforts to undermine Russia’s influence in the region, but it also fears unpredictable and uncontrolled consequences which would seriously affect Russian security interests…Experts tell us that Russia is particularly worried that the strong divisions in Ukraine over NATO membership, with much of the ethnic-Russian community against membership, could lead to a major split, involving violence or at worst, civil war…In that eventuality, Russia would have to decide whether to intervene; a decision Russia does not want to have to face”.
As history now records how delusional America has become, this report concludes, Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden came to power in 2021 and failed to heed President Obama’s warning: “Arming the Ukrainians would encourage the notion that they could actually defeat the far more powerful Russians, and so it would potentially draw a more forceful response from Moscow”—now United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken failed to heed his own warning: “Anything we did as countries in terms of military support for Ukraine is likely to be matched and then doubled and tripled and quadrupled by Russia”—and now CIA Director William Burns failed to heed his own warning: “Russia would have to decide whether to intervene; a decision Russia does not want to have to face”, and about whom the just released article “The Delusions Of CIA Chief William Burns” reveals: “CIA Director William Burns’ January 30, 2024 article in Foreign Affairs — Spycraft and Statecraft: Transforming the CIA for an Age of Competition – is a shocking display of ignorance and misinformation about Russia, the state of the war in Ukraine and NATO’s military capabilities…Although Burn’s is an educated man and experienced diplomat, this article displays a profound arrogance seasoned with provably false claims…The so-called vision he presents for “transforming the CIA” is a childish fantasy and signals that the CIA is drifting towards being irrelevant as well as incompetent”.
