A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Putin described to the BRICS Parliamentary Forum the behavior of ruling elites in the socialist Western colonial “golden billion” countries: “Acting contrary to historical logic and often even to the detriment of the long-term interests of their own peoples, they are now seeking to establish some kind of order based on their so-called rules, which no one has seen, no one has discussed and no one has ever accepted…These rules are written and adjusted anew for each situation in the interests of those who consider themselves exceptional and have conferred on themselves the right to dictate their will to others…It’s exactly in the best traditions of classical colonialism”.
In assessing the strength of the BRICS Alliance formed by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa to counter the socialist Western colonial powers, this report notes, Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin told the BRICS Parliamentary Forum today: “During 15 years of its existence BRICS has turned into one of the largest economic centers…Its participants have improved their positions despite challenges and sanctions…Russia has become the world’s fourth-largest country on GDP in terms of purchasing power parity and remains Europe’s first economy…China tops the ranking, while India comes in third…Brazil has risen to the seventh spot…Among top 25 countries are also a number of new BRICS members, including Egypt (17th) Saudi Arabia (18th), Iran (22nd)…The share of BRICS nations in global GDP on PPP has grown to 36.8%, outpacing the share of G7 of 29%…This gap will only increase”—then Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin revealed about BRICS founding member Russia: “Today we will discuss the current situation in the economy…The dynamics remains high – in May growth accelerated slightly compared to April to 4.5%…If we take the statistics for five months, the gross domestic product increased by 5% compared to the same period last year…This is significantly higher than forecasts, despite all attempts from outside to stop us”.
At the same time BRICS Alliance members are holding their annual summit to improve the economic strength of their nations and peoples, this report continues, the socialist Western colonial powers held their annual NATO military bloc summit to promote more failed wars, but about which was revealed: “The frail state of President Joe Biden seems to have worried NATO officials at the key Washington summit far more than how the bloc could be drastically changed if Republican frontrunner Donald Trump retakes the White House”—a revelation about the “frail state” of Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden joined with the Politico article “There’s An Unofficial NATO Summit In DC: Meeting With Trump Allies”—and was a revelation followed by the news that NATO member leader Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban traveled from the summit on a peace mission to meet with President Donald Trump.
While NATO members were worrying about the “frail state” of Socialist Leader Biden yesterday, this report details, leftist CNN revealed that his entire presidency is a “carefully staged scam”—a revelation followed by Socialist Leader Biden introducing Ukrainian dictator Vladimir Zelensky as “President Putin” at the NATO summit—shortly after which, Socialist Leader Biden began his supposed to be “big boy press conference” with the announcement: “I’ve been given a list of people to call on”—the first answer Socialist Leader Biden gave was: “Look, I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president if she was not qualified to be president”, which caused Elon Musk to exclaim in horror: “This is real!!??”—and was demented imbecile “big boy press conference” performance by Socialist Leader Biden followed by the news: “Three more House Democrats called on President Biden to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race after Thursday night’s key press conference, a troubling sign for the incumbent as he plows ahead with his campaign despite concerns following last month’s disastrous debate performance”.
After watching the demented imbecile performance of Socialist Leader Biden at his “big boy press conference”, this report notes, Sky News host Erin Molan spoke for the entire sane world when she fearfully asked about the United States: “Who is running the country?”—and was a question swiftly answered in the leftist Axios bombshell article “Behind the Curtain: Committee To Unelect The President”, wherein it revealed: “President Biden beat back the initial public campaign by Democrats to oust him from the party’s presidential ticket, swiftly and decisively…But very-connected Democrats, mostly veterans of the Obama and Clinton administrations, are plotting hourly to get him to withdraw quickly…They’re the unofficial Committee to Unelect the President…The mission: Push Biden out of the presidential race — the sooner, the better”.
In opposition to the Obama-Clinton backed “Committee to Unelect the President” created to force Socialist Leader Biden from power, this report continues, the just released article “Progressives Circle Wagons Around Embattled Biden” revealed: “Progressives are standing behind President Biden, turning their constant critique of him into solidarity at a pivotal moment…The question is: For how long?”—a revelation that follows American businessman and frequent Fox News guest David Portnoy most factually assessing after the train wreck Trump-Biden debate: “Why would you agree to a debate with Biden at this stage — the earliest debate of all time — when you know he’s gone, when you know he can’t speak, when you know he’s a vegetable?…Because they wanna whack him”—and as to why the socialist Democrat Party and leftist mainstream media want Socialist Leader Biden whacked, it saw American conservative activist Jack Posobiec posting the warning message during the Trump-Biden debate: “BREAKING: We are watching a Democrat coup against Joe Biden and his entire administration”, then he quickly posted the alert: “BREAKING: We are now seeing a coup of the young communists take out the older communists…This happens in every single Leftist Uprising…The Bolsheviks are taking out the Mensheviks”.
Virtually unknown to socialist indoctrinated and leftist media brainwashed Americans, but is known to every Russian school child taught true history, this report concludes, are that the Mensheviks (The Minority) led by Russian communist revolutionary leader Julius Martov were ousted from power by the Bolsheviks (The Majority) led by Russian communist revolutionary leader Vladimir Lenin, who founded the Soviet Union—and whose battle between these two demonic forces, exactly like is now occurring between the socialist Democrat Party warring factions in the United States, is documented in historic articles like “The Bolshevik-Menshevik Split”, that reveal:
The 57 delegates to the Second Congress of the minuscule, quarrelsome and apparently ineffectual Russian Social-Democratic Labour Party assembled in a flea-ridden flour warehouse in Brussels on July 30th, 1903.
Georgi Plekhanov, the respected veteran Russian Marxist, was elected chairman, but the delegates felt uneasy in Belgium and moved to London, where the authorities could be relied on to ignore them.
Their sessions were held in an angling club with fishing trophies on the walls and in rooms in pubs and cafes. The meetings were extremely fractious, with much violent argument, barracking and interminable hair-splitting as every tiny point was dissected and analysed.
It became clear that the party was split between two groups, the Bolsheviks (‘majority’) and the Mensheviks (‘minority’).
The Bolsheviks claimed the name after getting their way in a wrangle over the editorial board of the Party newspaper Iskra (‘the Spark’ – which was to ‘start a big blaze’).
The Mensheviks unwisely accepted the appellation, though they were actually more often in the majority. Both groups were enthusiasts for the destruction of capitalism and the overthrow of the Tsarist regime, but the Mensheviks, led by Martov, favoured a large, loosely organised democratic party whose members could agree to differ on many points. They were prepared to work with the liberals in Russia and they had scruples about the use of violence.
The Bolsheviks, led by Lenin, were hardline revolutionaries who would not have known a scruple if it bought them a drink.
Lenin had no time for democracy and no confidence in the masses. He wanted a small, tightly organised, strictly disciplined party of full-time members who did what they were told, followed the party line in every particular and would be far more difficult for the Tsarist police to infiltrate.
In his notes at the time Lenin called his group ‘hards’ and his opponents ‘softs’.
When a delegate lamented that uncomradely attitudes were spoiling the congress, Lenin sharply replied that, on the contrary, he relished a good open fight instead of endless inconclusive talk. His attitude was attacked as elitist and tyrannical.
The youthful Trotsky, now and for years to come a Menshevik, reportedly told Lenin at one point, “That’s dictatorship you’re advocating”, to which Lenin replied, “There is no other way”.
