Russia Offers Sanctuary To California Fire Refugees As NATO Warns Members To Start Learning Russian

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov assessed: “If Mr. Trump does make America even greater after he takes office as president, we will have to keep a close eye on the methods used to achieve that goal set by him”, says Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov also observed: “Relations between Russia and the United States are essentially at zero”—and was an observation joined by top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealing: “There are certain channels of communication between Washington and Moscow, through both military and diplomatic lines…But these are rather technical contacts, with political dialogue or dialogue at the highest level not taking place”.
During his last foreign policy address yesterday, this report notes, President Joe Biden dementedly proclaimed: “The United States is winning the worldwide competition compared to four years ago…America is stronger…Our alliances are stronger…Our adversaries and competitors are weaker”, after which he announced he ordered two new aircraft carriers to be built and named them USS William Clinton and USS George W. Because he maintained “zero dialogue” with anything relating to Russia, this report continues, President Biden remains blissfully unaware that Russia is now ranked as having the strongest military in the world—he remains blissfully unaware of the National Defense Strategy document ordered by the United States Congress that was released in July, wherein it warned: “The threats the United States faces are the most serious and most challenging the nation has encountered since 1945 and include the potential for near-term major war…The nation was last prepared for such a fight during the Cold War, which ended 35 years ago…It is not prepared today”—and he remains blissfully unaware of the leftist Washington Post revealing today: “The situation is dire when it comes to shipbuilding…One Chinese shipyard has more capacity than all U.S. shipyards combined, and China has 20 large shipyards…U.S. shipyards cannot even utilize all of their capacity because of a critical shortage of skilled workers…Marinette Marine is under contract to build six guided-missile frigates — the Navy’s newest surface warships — with options to build four more…But it only has enough workers to produce one frigate a year”.
Unlike a demented President Biden ordering warships America can’t build to fight in a war the United States is not prepared for, this report details, a more realistic NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte declared yesterday: “Ukraine is not yet in a strong position to begin peace talks…At this moment, clearly, Ukraine is not there…Because they cannot, at this moment, negotiate from a position of strength”, then he warningly proclaimed to all NATO member states: “I just want you to spend more money!…We are safe now, but not in 4-5 years…So, if you don’t do it, get out your Russian language courses or go to New Zealand”.
Apparently not wanting to learn the Russian language or flee to New Zealand, as Moscow is about lose all patience with the socialist Western colonial powers and show them the full capability of the world’s strongest army possessing the world’s largest nuclear weapons arsenal, this report concludes, President Donald Trump declared about meeting President Putin yesterday: “I know he wants to meet and I’m going to meet him very quickly…I would’ve done it sooner, but.you have to get into the office…For some of the things, you do have to be there”—and in a gesture of goodwill, Governor Vladimir Saldo of the Kherson Region in Russia proclaimed yesterday: “Despite the ongoing, blatantly anti-Russian policy of the United States, we fully understand that natural disasters don’t care who you are or what you do…The California fires have left many ordinary residents homeless…Therefore, our region is ready to welcome any American citizen who has lost their home and livelihood…Naturally, this applies only to those who have not financed the Ukrainian army or supported the current Kiev regime, which has caused far more civilian casualties through its actions than the fires in Los Angeles”.
