Russian “Tesla Weapons” Warned Could Ignite American Earthquake Apocalypse

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova declared about Ukraine cutting off the flow of Russian natural gas to Europe yesterday: “The responsibility for the termination of Russian gas supplies lies entirely with the United States, the puppet regime in Kiev and the authorities of the European states, which sacrificed the well-being of their citizens for the sake of supporting the American economy financially”, says this declaration was joined with the repugnant news: “Hundreds of Ukrainians marched through the center of Lviv bearing torches, flares, and red and black neo-Nazi flags on New Year’s Day…The event was organized to honor World War II-era nationalist leader and Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera’s birthday”.

While watching the socialist Western colonial powers gravitate ever closer to demonic master race Nazi ideology, this report notes, President Putin revealed the existence of Russian “super weapons” to the Federal Assembly in 2018—in 2019, the Russian Navy announced it would receive six Project 636.3 submarines to carry “super weapons” by 2025—over the past year, the Russian Navy has received 38 new warships able to use “super weapons”—and today, Russian Navy warships armed with “super weapons” regularly patrol along the Western coast of the United States.

In 2023, this report continues, the Western media began publishing articles about Russian “super weapons” like “Russia Plans New Pacific Fleet Of Submarines To Carry Terrifying Poseidon Nukes Capable Of Unleashing 1,000ft-High Radioactive Tsunamis”—were articles, however, that failed to mention Soviet Navy Admiral Sergey Gorshkov, the father of the “super weapon” programs Russia inherited from the former Soviet Union, and whose most feared development were “scalar technology weapons” that can unleash massive destruction.

Yesterday, this report concludes, American scientists warned that the Axial Seamount off the coast of Oregon will erupt in 2025—a warning whose grave significance of was well to the late United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Bearden, who knew that Russian “scalar technology weapons” could turn volcanoes and earthquake fault lines into apocalyptic destruction, which he described in his document “Tesla’s Secret And The Soviet Tesla Weapons”, and whose underlying science about the University of Tulsa explained:

Scalar wavelengths are finer than gamma rays or X rays and only one hundred millionth of a square centimeter in width.

They belong to the subtle gravitational field and are also known as gravitic waves.  Uniquely, they flow in multiple directions at right angles off electromagnetic waves, as an untapped energy source called ‘potentials‘.

Potentials are particles which are unorganized in hyperspace – pure etheric energy not manifest in the physical world.  In comparison, electromagnetic waves (measured by so many hertz or pulses per second, which we are familiar with e.g. radio waves) exist normally in the physical world, but can only be measured up to levels determined by the sensitivity of the equipment being used as to how many cycles per second they operate

Scalar waves were originally detected by a Scottish mathematical genius called James Clerk Maxwell (1831-1879).  He linked electricity and magnetism and laid the foundation for modern physics, but unfortunately the very fine scalar waves (which he included in his research) were deliberately left out of his work by the 3 men, including Heinrich Hertz, who laid down the laws taught for physics as a discipline at colleges.

They dismissed Maxwell’s scalar waves or potentials as “mystical” because they were physically unmanifest and only existed in the “ethers” and so were determined to be too ineffectual for further study.

These enigmatic (but more powerful than even microwaves when harnessed and concentrated into a beam) scalar waves may have been forgotten except that Nicola Tesla accidentally rediscovered them.  He’d originally worked with Thomas Edison who discovered direct current, but Tesla discovered alternating current.  The two men disagreed and eventually parted ways and Tesla later experimented using the research of the German Heinrich Hertz, who was proving the existence of electromagnetic waves.

Tesla found, while experimenting with violently abrupt direct current electrical charges, that a new form of energy (scalar) came through.

Fourth Turning Accelerates With 2025 New Orleans Terrorist Massacre

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Putin proclaimed in his New Years Day address: “Though this past year has been filled with many significant and historically important events, Russians have been able to set ambitious goals and achieved them by staying united…I wish prosperity and happiness to every home, every family, and to our beloved country -Russia…When we are united, everything is possible…Happy New Year, dear friends! Happy 2025!”.

Unlike a united Russia, this report notes, unelected usurper Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky proclaimed in his New Years Day address: “We Ukrainians know what it means not to wait for what tomorrow will bring, but to fight for every single day, and every year of freedom…And 2024 was exactly that — a year hard-won and free”—a proclamation that followed former Ukrainian Commander Vladimir Shylov warning: “In our country, the state as such has ceased to exist…Our country, our incompetent leaders, have turned it into a concentration camp…Our country is so corrupt”—is a Ukraine that staggeringly lost nearly 600,000 troops in 2024—and yesterday, the United Nations slammed Ukraine for torturing religious conscientious objectors and Russian prisoners of war and restricting religious freedom.

The difference between a untied and free Russia and the Ukrainian concentration camp, this report continues, shows which nation adhered to warnings issued in the seminal book “The Fourth Turning: An American Prophecy – What The Cycles of History Tell Us About America’s Next Rendezvous With Destiny” published in 1997, wherein its academic authors William Strauss and Neil Howe accurately predicted every major turning point in global events that have occurred over the past 28 years, including the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

Six months ago on 23 July, this report concludes, Neil Howe ominously assessed about the current Fourth Turning when he warned: “It has to get worse!”—a warning now joined by the deadly terrorist massacre in New Orleans today—and is a terrorist massacre that followed American conservative icon Jim Quinn warning yesterday: “The road ahead will be rocky, dangerous, and potentially lethal…I don’t pretend to know what portends in 2025 and beyond, but examining the facts and reality of our current situation leaves me uncertain about the future, knowing the end is always near…Good luck to all as this Fourth Turning accelerates towards an unknown climax and resolution”.

Musk Proclaims Zelensky “All-Time Money Heist Champ” After “Bloodstained Gift” From Biden

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Joe Biden posted the White House announcement: ”Today, I am proud to announce nearly $2.5 billion in security assistance for Ukraine, as the Ukrainian people continue to defend their independence and freedom from Russian aggression”, says the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the United States immediately responded with the warning:

We took note of yet another multi-billion dollar “package” of military and financial assistance to the Kiev regime, announced by the White House.

With its departure approaching day by day, the administration seeks to fully empty the pockets of American taxpayers to support the obviously failing Ukrainian project.

Moreover, the U.S. authorities announced their decision in a cynical manner – explicitly waiting until New Year’s Eve.

Washington hopes that the bloodstained gift to Zelensky will symbolize a chance for the Kiev junta to provide “worthy” resistance to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.  The planners here still live in a dream world, hoping to inflict strategic defeat on our country.

The efforts by the United States only prolong the convulsions of neo-Nazis in Kiev.

We urge the American public and citizens of Ukraine to think about what the insane actions of the Western curators of Bandera’s followers will lead to in the end, apart from more disasters for the Ukrainian people.

In a further response to the “bloodstained gift” from President Biden to the dying neo-Nazi regime in Kiev, this report notes, top President Donald Trump advisor Elon Musk proclaimed unelected usurper Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky to be “the all-time money heist champ”—a proclamation joined by top Republican Party lawmaker United States Senator Mike Lee branding the Ukrainian flag as the “universal symbol for money laundering” and pleading: “Please no more money to Ukraine…There’s only so much they can launder”.

Last evening, this report concludes, former Commander Vladimir Shylov of the 3rd Company in the 134th Separate Ukrainian Territorial Defense Battalion warned his dying nation during a nationwide televised interview: “In our country, the state as such has ceased to exist…In our country only the military exists…Our country, our incompetent leaders, have turned it into a concentration camp…Our country is so corrupt”—a warning joined by world-renowned American global security expert Dr. Ramzy Mardini at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University, who, in his just released warning document “Don’t Under-Estimate Russia’s Capacity To Escalate”, assessed:

Contrary to its intended purpose, escalation by Western powers hasn’t degraded Russia’s military.  Instead, the war of attrition intensified and prolonged by Western aid, has worked to transform Russia’s massive latent power into tangible military strength.

Today, Moscow has a range of tools to intensify and expand the war within Ukraine and beyond, if necessary.  This toolkit includes advanced development in hypersonic missile technology, precision-guided munitions, anti-missile defense, armored vehicles and tanks, and drone, cyber, and electronic warfare.

Apart from its advanced technological expertise, Russia’s vast reserves of critical minerals, energy resources, and industrial metals provide the raw materials necessary to sustain large-scale weapons production, which hasn’t yet reached its potential output.

In a war where artillery remains “King of the Battlefield”, Russia produces artillery shells three times faster—and at a quarter of the cost—compared to American and European NATO members combined.  To boot, Russia’s strategic partnerships with states like China, Iran, and North Korea have bolstered its access to key military ingredients, such as machine tools and microelectronics, in addition to combat-ready weapons like drones and artillery.  This ensures its ability to sustain a high-intensity war even longer.

By all metrics, Russia’s war-making capacity has grown stronger, whereas Ukraine’s has progressively weakened. This vulnerability stems from the cascading risks inherent in a protracted war of attrition.

It’s no surprise that Russia’s strategy centers on grinding down Ukraine’s military at a favorable casualty-exchange ratio while hindering it from replenishing and reproducing the quality of its forces.  Since the war’s onset, Ukraine’s military has been forced to rev its engines and run on all cylinders.  This relentless pressure and tempo have left its military with no auxiliary capacity to regulate its intensity or manage escalation within what it’s able to sustain organizationally.  Over time, institutional breakdown or capitulation becomes a more plausible scenario for Ukraine than for Russia.

Equally important, Moscow’s capacity for conventional escalation is matched by its willingness to act.

Despite talk in Western capitals about Moscow’s reluctance to enforce its threats, Russia has instead managed its escalation with calibration, minimizing overexposure and mitigating risks of overreach and overheating.

Against evolving and emerging threats, Russia has expanded its political aims, intensified its firepower, and further mobilized troops to correspond with changes in goals and strategy.

But its will to fight stems from the balance of resolve in Ukraine, where Russia’s stakes outweigh those of NATO.

Again, it’s not a coincidence that Western commitment to Ukraine remains distant, limited to support from afar rather than direct defense.
