Trump Proclaims “Great Day” After Putin Launches Diplomatic Counterstrike

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Putin announced to the world last evening: “Despite everything, we propose that the Kiev authorities resume the negotiations they interrupted at the end of 2022…Resume direct negotiations, and I emphasize, without any preconditions…We propose to start without delay next Thursday, 15 May, in Istanbul – where they were previously held and interrupted…We are committed to serious negotiations with Ukraine to eliminate the root causes of the conflict and achieve long-term, sustainable peace…We do not rule out that in the course of these negotiations it will be possible to agree on some new ceasefires – real truces – that would be observed not only by Russia, but by Ukraine as well…Our proposal is on the table…The decision now lies with the Ukrainian authorities and their curators”.
Following President Putin’s announcement, this report notes, his top presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters: “A proposal on negotiations without preconditions has been made…They need to come and begin negotiations…This is quite easy if they want it, of course…As you know, we have suggested Thursday,15 May…We are ready to start in the morning…The announcement on who will head the Russian delegation will be made in the coming days”, and top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared: “This is a very serious proposal, which confirms the real intention to find a peaceful solution”.
Immediately after President Putin made his announcement, this report continues, he called NATO member leader Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan asking him to host the 15 May talks in Istanbul—President Erdogan swiftly declared: “The Turkish side will provide all possible assistance in organizing and conducting negotiations aimed at achieving a lasting peace”, and he told his fellow NATO member leader French President Emmanuel Macron that “a historic turning point” to end the conflict had been reached, and that this opportunity should be seized.
Most certainly seizing on the “historic turning point” to end the conflict, this report details, was President Donald Trump, who within mere minutes of President Putin and President Erdogan concluded their call around Midnight in Washington time proclaimed: “A potentially great day for Russia and Ukraine!…Think of the hundreds of thousands of lives that will be saved as this never ending “bloodbath” hopefully comes to an end…It will be a whole new, and much better, WORLD…I will continue to work with both sides to make sure that it happens…The USA wants to focus, instead, on Rebuilding and Trade…A BIG week upcoming!”.
Most certainly not seizing on the “historic turning point” to end the conflict, this report notes, is Ukraine and its socialist European Union puppet masters, who yesterday issued the ultimatum that Russia agree to a 30 day ceasefire starting on 12 May—an ultimatum immediately rejected by Russia, and the Wall Street Journal revealed today: “Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Vladimir Putin to implement a full cease-fire starting Monday in order to facilitate talks on an end to the war, countering the Russian president’s offer that said talks should come first”.
While the world waits to see if Ukraine will show up in Istanbul for unconditional talks on 15 May, this report concludes, retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Earl Rasmussen assessed: “Putin’s peace talks proposal is a counterstrike—not with missiles, but with diplomacy…However, Ukraine doesn’t want peace, it wants time to rearm and readjust their forces…Don’t expect Kiev or its NATO patrons to bite…They’re not looking for peace…They’re looking for an opening shot in the next round…Russia is open to negotiations, but Ukraine keeps walking away from the table and violating every ceasefire”—and was an assessment joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing today: “Ukraine breached the Victory Day ceasefire over 14,000 times and attempted five border incursions…In these conditions, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation responded mirror-like to the AFU ceasefire violations and acted adequately to the emerging situation, responding to the criminal encroachments of the Kiev regime”.

Trump Prepares To Flee After Russia Closes Airspace For Ballistic Missile Launch

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin proclaimed: “Truth and justice are on our side…The whole of Russia, our society and all people support our soldiers…Our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers saved the Fatherland and entrusted the current generation to defend it…To be united, to firmly defend our national interests, our thousand-year history, culture, traditional values…Everything that is dear to us, that is sacred to us”, says Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev then declared: “The legacy of our fathers and grandfathers lives on in our hearts…We remember that if the enemy refuses to surrender, it must be destroyed”.
In a last-gasp bid to protect its corrupt neo-Nazi puppet state Ukraine from total destruction, this report notes, today it saw socialist European Union and NATO member leaders French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arriving in Kiev to meet with Ukraine Dictator Vladimir Zelensky—after which Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced: “President Zelensky and European leaders visiting Kyiv on 10 May held a productive call with President Donald Trump…Ukraine and all allies are ready for a complete unconditional ceasefire on land, in the air, and at sea for at least 30 days, starting as early as Monday…If Russia agrees and effective monitoring is ensured, a lasting ceasefire and confidence-building measures could pave the way for peace talks”.
Along with Russia rejecting any ceasefire with Ukraine until it meets the main conditions ordered by President Putin to begin negotiations, this report continues, top Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov logically declared about the threat a ceasefire poses to Russia: “Ukraine will continue their total mobilization, bringing new troops to the front line…Ukraine will use this period to train new military personnel and to give rest to their existing ones…So, why should we grant such an advantage to Ukraine?”—a declaration joined by socialist European Union and NATO member leader Bulgarian President Rumen Radev most factually assessing: “Europe does not have its own vision for the end of the Ukraine conflict and the establishment of peace, but continues to invest in a cause that, in my opinion, is doomed”.
Also in Kiev today, this report details, is leftist Washington Post neocon journalist David Ignatius, who observed: “As Ukrainians struggles with terrible dilemmas, current U.S. military and political officials were absent from the Kyiv forum…A NATO panel had generals and admirals from Germany, Canada, the Netherlands and Latvia…But no one from the United States…That shocked me, frankly”—an observation joined by the Wall Street Journal revealing today: “When President Trump spoke to a room of top donors at his Florida club last week, he described ending Russia’s war in Ukraine as a growing frustration that keeps him up at night, people in the room said…Russian President Vladimir Putin was particularly tough to negotiate with, and wanted “the whole thing”, Trump said, referring to Ukraine, according to an attendee…His comments came in response to a donor’s question about his biggest foreign-policy concerns”.
Most certainly keeping President Donald Trump up at night, this report notes, was President Putin ordering the Ministry of Defense on 7 May to start identifying targets in Kiev for strikes using the feared and unstoppable nuclear armed capable Oreshnik Ballistic Missile, that is also capable of wiping out every NATO command center in Europe in less than 20 minutes—the United States Embassy in Ukraine issued the emergency bulletin on 9 May: “The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received information concerning a potentially significant air attack that may occur at any time over the next several days…The Embassy, as always, recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to immediately shelter in the event an air alert is announced”—and today, Russia issued the global notice-to-airman (NOTAM) closed to all airspace emergency alert for the region from where the Oreshnik Ballistic Missile is launched from: “Between 06:00 on 12 May and 04:00 on 13 May, UTC airspace over the Kapustin Yar test site, located in the north-eastern part of the Astrakhan region of Russia, will be closed…This was announced by the Russian authorities by issuing a NOTAM notification (QRTCA type) from the Rostov FIR…Part of the Volgograd and Saratov regions will also be in the restricted area…Restrictions will apply from the earth to unlimited heights”.
The day following President Putin ordering the Ministry of Defense to prepare for an Oreshnik Ballistic Missile launch, this report concludes, President Trump announced that he will visit the Russian-allied nations United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the Middle East starting on 12 May—quickly after Russia issued its NOTAM emergency alert, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth abruptly canceled his planned trip to Israel revealing he will instead travel with President Trump aboard Air Force One—and joining President Trump and Secretary of Defense Hegseth aboard the Air Force One nuclear war airborne command center will be Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent, Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick.
