America Admits NATO At War With Russia As Germany Warns Russia Cannot Be Defeated

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Senator Andrey Klishas most factually declared: “Ukraine has long lost the characteristics of a state and has turned into a terrorist enclave, without borders, legitimate authorities or laws”, says this factual declaration was in response to the grim news: “The collapses of two bridges that caused train derailments in Russia’s Bryansk and Kursk Regions were due to sabotage…On Saturday evening, a bridge fell in front of a moving train in Bryansk Region, killing seven people and injuring 71 others…Several hours later, early on Sunday, a railway bridge collapsed under a moving freight train in Kursk Region, leaving the driver and two of his assistants wounded”.
The intent of the latest Ukrainian terrorist attack against innocent Russian civilians far from the front lines, this report notes, is to sabotage the American initiated peace talks scheduled to take place tomorrow in Istanbul, about which State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce warned: “This is not a long-term thing…This is not simply standard operating procedure…It’s not going to go on for months or years…We have gotten people to the table, and they know what we are requiring…But it’s really up to them”.
While Ukraine carries out terrorist attacks against innocent Russian civilians, this report continues, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed: “Russian troops liberated 13 communities in the Sumy and Kharkov Regions and the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) over the week of 24-30 May in the special military operation in Ukraine…Over the week, air defense capabilities shot down a Ukrainian Air Force MiG-29 aircraft, 30 JDAM guided aerial bombs and 16 rockets of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system of US manufacture, and also 1,439 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, including 907 outside the special military operation zone” and announced:
Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicted more than 1,490 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed four enemy tanks and 22 armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week.
Russia’s Battlegroup West inflicted more than 1,495 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two enemy tanks and 13 armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week.
Russia’s Battlegroup South inflicted more than 1,615 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed an enemy tank and 27 armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week.
Russia’s Battlegroup Center inflicted more than 3,060 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed an enemy tank and 39 armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week.
Russia’s Battlegroup East inflicted more than 1,265 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed an enemy tank and 22 armored combat vehicles in its area of responsibility over the week.
Russia’s Battlegroup Dnepr inflicted more than 495 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed 23 enemy ammunition depots in its area of responsibility over the week.
Overall, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 663 Ukrainian warplanes, 283 helicopters, 60,423 unmanned aerial vehicles, 607 surface-to-air missile systems, 23,651 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,565 multiple rocket launchers, 25,396 field artillery guns and mortars and 36,191 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
In facing a Russia that has the strongest military force in the world, this report concludes, President Donald Trump’s senior envoy General Keith Kellogg admitted last week: “Putin believes that the situation has turned into a proxy war with NATO…To be honest, in some ways it is”—an admission that NATO is at war with Russia quickly joined by German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul admitting: “It has been clear from the very beginning of the Ukraine conflict that Russia cannot be defeated”—all of which follows Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais warning his NATO allies in 2022: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible…Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces…This cannot be done”.

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that President Putin is open to holding high-level direct talks with Kiev on resolving the Ukraine conflict, says ahead of the talks scheduled for Monday in Istanbul, it saw President Donald Trump’s senior envoy General Keith Kellogg urging the Ukrainian leadership like one does a child: “Part of life is showing up…You have to show you’re serious”.
While waiting to see if Ukraine will show up for talks in Istanbul on Monday, this report notes, First Deputy Envoy Dmitry Polyansky most factually assessed: “It is absolutely clear that Ukraine isn’t interested in negotiations…They’re simply playing games…For them, it’s not a serious or meaningful negotiation…It is not in the interest of the Ukrainian president to engage in any meaningful peaceful efforts because they would lead to elections – something he fears the most…He would also be held accountable for the embezzlement of the state budget and Western aid…That’s why he wants to avert this scenario any way he can”—and was a factual assessment swiftly followed by the news: “Ukraine will skip a $665 million government debt payment after failing to agree on restructuring terms with creditors”.
Hours after Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky embezzled another $655 million, this report continues, his warmongering neocon American puppet master United States Senator Lindsey Graham arrived in Kiev to insanely proclaim: “Ukraine will not lose this war…This is Russian propaganda”—an insane proclamation that came at the same time world-renowned American economist Professor Jeffrey Sachs at Colombia University truthfully warned: “If, in fact, the war continues, because essentially Ukraine doesn’t make peace, doesn’t want to make peace, and President Trump basically falls into line with the prevailing view that the West should continue to fight Russia, my guess is that Ukraine would lose not only a lot more lives, but also a lot more territory in the end…So it could end up being completely defeated, it could end up losing its Black Sea coast, Odessa, and a lot of the rest”.
After insanely proclaiming Ukraine will not lose the war it has already lost, this report details, Senator Graham issued the comical threat: “It’s clear to almost anyone — Putin is not remotely interested in anything that would lead to peace,…I see nothing about the meeting on Monday in Istanbul to give me any hope at all that Russia is interested in peace…So there’s a card game going on this summer…The first cards are going to be played by the United States Senate and the House…I would expect next week that the Senate will start moving the sanctions bill…There are House members that are ready to move in the House, and you’ll see congressional action…President Trump said that the next two-week period will be outcome-determined”.
In response to the “Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025” bill comically used as a threat by Senator Graham, this report notes, United States Senator Rand Paul released his open letter “Imposing 500% Tariffs On Nations That Trade With Russia Will Backfire”, wherein he factually warned: “The global policemen in Washington are so incredulous that they cannot force peace between Russia and Ukraine that they formally abandoned even the pretense that their meddling is in America’s interests…The most consequential and outright reckless provision of the bill seeks to enact minimum 500% secondary tariffs on countries who trade with Russia…If implemented, these tariffs would make U.S. trade with most of the world untenable…If this bill were to pass, it would cause an economic calamity on a scale never before seen in our country…Never underestimate Washington’s ability to make things worse”.
Though Ukrainian puppet master Senator Graham lives in a world of delusion, this report concludes, world-renowned American economist Professor Sachs is guided by facts, which is why he truthfully observed yesterday: “Obviously, the sanctions regime did not crush the Russian economy, despite all of the claims that the sanctions would have that effect…So the sanctions regime did not work…It didn’t produce the results that the Western governments expected…It did not have enormous deleterious effects, and in some ways, it really strengthened the Russian economy”—and was a truthful observation that followed the news: “The Russian ruble soared to a two-year high against the US dollar in forex trading on Thursday, supported by positive geopolitical developments and favorable conditions in global oil markets”.

A critical new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov proposed holding the next round of negotiations with Ukraine next Monday, 2 June, in Istanbul, says he then discussed Ukraine peace negotiations in a phone call with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced: “I handed over our document to the head of the Russian delegation, which reflects the Ukrainian position…They received this document…We are not opposed to further meetings with the Russians and are awaiting their memorandum, so that the next meeting won’t be empty and can truly move us closer to ending the war”.
In the White House yesterday, this report notes, President Donald Trump revealed to reporters his thoughts about President Putin: “We’ll find out whether or not he’s tapping us along or not and if he is, we’ll respond a little bit differently but it will take about a week and a half to two weeks…They seem to want to do something, but until the document is signed I can’t tell you…Nobody can…I can say this: I’m very disappointed at what happened a couple of nights now, where people were killed, in the middle of what you would call a negotiation…When I see rockets being shot into cities, that’s no good…We aren’t going to allow it”—and were thoughts joined with the news: “Kremlin officials say the American president is getting bad information…They claim his reports being filtered by people who want to draw the United States into more aggressive action against Russia — a problem they will try to correct”.
In noticing how President Putin responded to Ukraine launching over 2,000 drones to terrorize innocent Russian civilians over the past week, this report continues, independent American defense analysts most factually observed: “The fact that Russia can launch almost 400 munitions at Ukraine, with the vast majority hitting, and kill only a dozen people should probably be a clue that they are, in fact, not trying to terrorize and indiscriminately kill civilians”—and was a factual observation quickly followed by United States Senator Rand Paul posting the urgent plea: “Dear President Trump: Wash your hands of Biden’s proxy war in Ukraine”.
Following Ukraine attempting to kill President Putin with a drone swarm last week, this report details, it was gravely revealed today: “Russian government official Zaur Gurtsiev, who previously served in the Ukraine conflict, has been killed in a suspected assassination by Ukrainian operatives in the southern city of Stavropol”—a grave revelation joined by former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter grimly warning: “If the Ukrainians drones actually targeted the Russian president, they did not do so in a vacuum…There would have been assistance provided by the West, which means that the West is targeting the Russian president…If you read the Russian nuclear doctrine, this is a trigger for Russian nuclear retaliation or preemptive strikes…So, who is playing with fire here?…It is not Vladimir Putin who is playing with fire…It is Ukraine and the West that are playing with fire”.
Late last evening, this report concludes, President Trump posted a dramatic picture of himself walking alone at night on a deserted city street with the warning proclamation: “He’s On A Mission From God & Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming”—a warning proclamation whose monumental historic significance of is known by world-renowned Russian political philosopher Aleksandr Dugin, whom the West branded as “Putin’s Brain”, and who, in his just released open letter “Trump And The Global Deep State: The Split Of The West”, warningly observed:
With the arrival of Donald Trump and his team in the White House, the entire architecture of international relations began to shift—radically so.
One of the most important developments in this new global picture is the accelerated fragmentation of the West. Much has been said and written about it, yet this phenomenon still lacks a thorough geopolitical and ideological analysis.
First and foremost, the split of the West is ideological in nature. Geopolitical aspects are secondary.
The point is that Trump and his supporters—who won the U.S. election in the fall of 2024—are radical opponents of liberal globalism. And this is not a passing or partisan issue. It is a serious and principled matter.
The current head of the White House bases his entire ideology, policy, and strategy on the central thesis that the left-liberal ideology, which dominated the West (and indeed the world at large) for several decades—especially after the collapse of the Warsaw Pact and the USSR—has completely exhausted its potential. It failed in its mission of global leadership, undermined the sovereignty of the United States (the primary engine and general staff of globalization), and now must be decisively and irreversibly rejected.
The gravity and depth of global changes following Trump’s return to power are extremely significant.
While these developments may not be irreversible, everything Trump has done, is doing, and likely will do in dismantling the collective West objectively contributes to the rise of multipolarity.
However, the forces of resistance must not be underestimated. The global deep state is powerful, deeply entrenched, and strategically fortified. It would be reckless to dismiss it.
These structures still control the main European powers and the EU itself. They are extremely strong in the U.S., and it was the global deep state that created modern Nazi Ukraine as a terrorist entity.
That is whom we are truly fighting—not the West, not the U.S.
As soon as leadership in Washington changed, the entire picture shifted. Yet the global deep state—no longer reducible to the U.S., CIA, Pentagon, or Wall Street—still exists and still pursues its global agenda.
It is highly likely—indeed almost certain—that agents of the deep state will attempt to influence Trump, steer him toward fatal mistakes, sabotage his initiatives, or even eliminate him altogether. Such attempts, as we know, have already been made.
That is why today, more than ever, we must engage in serious, rigorous study of what we are truly facing in the form of liberal democracy—its theories, values, programs, goals, strategies, and institutions.
This is not as easy as it sounds: until recently, we ourselves were under its dominant influence, and in some ways, perhaps still are.
Until we fully understand the true nature of our enemy, we have little chance of defeating it.
In Ukraine, we are not fighting Ukrainians, not the U.S., and not even the collapsing collective West. The nature of our enemy is something else entirely. The only task remaining is to determine what it is.

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia warned the United Nations Security Council: “The plans concocted by Zelensky and his posse are way too plain and clear…Their task is to trick and mislead American President Donald Trump, who is taking decisive steps toward peace; they are ready to go to any lengths only to return the United States – which has already wasted hundreds of billions of dollars helping Ukraine – to an anti-Russian and Russophobic course”, says this warning was followed by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announcing about the Russia-Ukraine talks set for 2 June in Istanbul: “Russia’s negotiating team for the next round of direct peace talks with Ukraine will remain unchanged…Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky will once again lead the delegation”.
Earlier today, this report notes, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced to reporters: “Moscow expects that the Russian and Ukrainian draft memoranda will be discussed during the second round of talks in Istanbul…The details of the Russian draft memorandum on the Ukrainian settlement, of course, will not be made public”, then added: “I also wanted to inform you today that our delegation, the Russian delegation of negotiators, is leaving for Istanbul”.
As the Russia delegation flies to Istanbul to present the draft memoranda to Ukraine for ending the war, this report continues, Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky raged: “The so-called memorandum they promised and claimed to be preparing for more than a week — no one has seen it…Ukraine hasn’t received it…Our partners haven’t received it…Even Turkey, which hosted the first meeting, hasn’t received the updated agenda”, and his chief of staff Andriy Yermak declared: “Ukraine is ready to attend the next meeting, but we want to engage in a constructive discussion…This means it is important to receive Russia’s draft…There is enough time – four days are sufficient for preparing and sending the documents”.
With the real negotiations to end the war occurring between Russia and the United States, this report details, President Donald Trump senior envoy General Kieth Kellogg announced yesterday: “NATO’s eastward expansion is a fair concern for Russian President Vladimir Putin, and that’s one of the issues Russia will bring up…They’re also talking about Georgia, they’re talking about Moldova, they’re talking — obviously — about Ukraine…And we’re saying, Okay, let’s address this comprehensively”.
