Trump Fantasy Attempt To End Ukraine Proxy War Crashes Into Paris Peace Accords Reality

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SCreport circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump warned yesterday that he may fast-track sanctions on Russia, says he then proclaimed about a meeting between President Putin and Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky: “It’s going to happen, but it should have happened three months ago…It’s going to happen”—a meeting Moscow has already declared will never happen until a final peace accord is ready to be signed, and top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained: “A summit meeting can and should put a final point in the settlement and record the modalities and agreements that are to be developed in the course of expert work…It is impossible to do the opposite”.

Back in March, this report notes, Secretary of State Marco Rubio truthfully admitted: “It’s been very clear from the beginning that President Trump views this as a protracted, stalemated conflict…And frankly, it’s a proxy war between nuclear powers – the United States, helping Ukraine, and Russia”—a truthful admission that followed the United States proving it knew how to extricate itself from failed proxy wars, such as the Vietnam War, that took five years of negotiations between America and North Vietnam before the conflict ended with the signing of the Paris Peace Accords in 1973.

Contrary to President Trump’s fantasy belief that protracted conflicts can be quickly settled, this report continues, history is replete with examples of reality, such as the years of negotiations it took to reach the Good Friday Agreement ending the war between Northern Ireland and Britain—Secretary of State Henry Kissinger spent months using “shuttle diplomacy” in a non-stop effort to end the war between Israel and its Arab neighbors in 1973—it took 575 meetings during two years of negotiations to reach the Korean Armistice Agreement that stopped the Korean War in 1953—and the leftist New York Times most factually observed today: “If Mr. Trump believes that diplomacy has been tried and has failed, he is mistaken…A few phone calls and a couple of visits are not enough to end a war…Negotiations to end the war in Ukraine have not failed…They haven’t yet properly begun”.

While Moscow still waits for President Trump to start proper negotiations to end the America-Russia proxy war, this report details, Ukraine announced: “Ukrainian drones struck the Signal radio plant in Russia’s Stavropol Krai overnight on 26 July” and revealed: “Russia launched ballistic missiles against Ukraine overnight on 26 July, with the heaviest attacks targeting Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts”—and the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced that Russian military forces killed 8,650 Ukrainian soldiers over the past week.

Along with Dictator Zelensky facing mass protests after he gutted Ukrainian corruption agencies, this report notes, the pro-Ukrainian newspaper The Telegraph in Britain declared: “For Ukraine’s sake, Zelensky must now step aside…The inspirational leader is no longer part of the solution to ending the conflict with Russia…He is now part of the problem”—a declaration joined by top Ukrainian opposition leader Viktor Medvedchuk revealing: “After Kiev failed to make loan payments on 2 June 2025, the S&P international agency immediately lowered its issue rating on Ukraine’s GDP-linked securities to default…Now, there is not a single Western expert in economy and investment denying an actual default in Ukraine…Ukraine’s official announcement of a default would not only mean that the country can no longer pay its debts but also that it is unable to fight”.

With the New START Treaty between the United States and Russian Federation, which limits the number of nuclear warheads and the means of their delivery, set to expire on 5 February 2026, this report concludes, yesterday it saw President Trump warning: “That’s not an agreement you want expiring…We’re starting to work on that”—a warning that joined United States European Commander General Christopher Donahue threatening to invade and destroy the Russian oblast Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea—and was a threat that caused top Kremlin presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev to warn: “We have long been aware of western plans concerning Kaliningrad…I can comment on them in the only possible way…The Kaliningrad region is an integral part of Russia and any military encroachment on it will be met with an immediate and crushing response using all the forces and means at our disposal, as provided for by the military doctrine and the principles of state policy in the area of nuclear deterrence…Russia has all the necessary military instruments to guarantee the security of the Kaliningrad region”.

Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. 13 For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
