Trembling World Awaits Response After Iran Decimates Israel With 400 Ballistic Missiles

A sobering new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova grimly warned: “The surge in violence in the Middle East signifies the complete failure of US policy in the region under President Joe Biden…This bloody drama is just ramping up…Incoherent statements by the White House demonstrate its total helplessness in resolving the crises…Efforts by Secretary of State Antony Blinken have led to tens of thousands of casualties and into a dead end”, says this grim warning was quickly joined by President Donald Trump most gravely warning: “War or the threat of war is raging everywhere, and the two incompetents running this country are leading us to the brink of World War III”.
The events causing Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova and President Trump to issue their warnings, this report notes, began with the horrific news yesterday: “Seven people were killed and 16 injured Tuesday in a combined stabbing and shooting attack near a light-rail stop in Tel Aviv, Israeli police and emergency services said”—then an hour later, the Islamic Republic of Iran mission to the United Nations posted the warning alert message: “Iran’s legal, rational, and legitimate response to the terrorist acts of the Zionist regime—which involved targeting Iranian nationals and interests and infringing upon the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran—has been duly carried out…Should the Zionist regime dare to respond or commit further acts of malevolence, a subsequent and crushing response will ensue…Regional states and the Zionists’ supporters are advised to part ways with the regime”.
In what Iran named “Operation True Promise II”, this report continues, yesterday it launched what the Jerusalem Post documented as “400 ballistic missiles” against military targets in Israel—after watching the massive Iranian ballistic missile barrage decimate its targets, panicked Israelis began posting messages like: “Israel’s air defence completely failed tonight”—Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared the retaliatory operation against Israel proved that its Iron Dome missile interception system is “more fragile than glass”—and world-renowned former CIA analyst Larry Johnson assessed: “I’ve seen the videos and you can see the missiles continue to rain down and hit targets…Israel is imposing a news blackout…They don’t want the knowledge out there about what happened…But Iran made sure that it was not going to hit and run the risk of killing hundreds or thousands of Israeli civilians…They were not going to act like the Israelis…They really consider themselves, if you will, more humane, more honorable, and by virtue of their action, I think they can make that case”.
Though American warships stationed off the coast of Israel intercepted some of the Iranian ballistic missiles, which caused debris to fall into civilian areas both in Israel and the West Bank, this report details, an initial assessment of the massive strike revealed: “A massive Iranian ballistic missile strike on targets in Israel launched on October 1 has targeted Nevatim Air Base, among other key targets in the country…The facility hosts both of the Israeli Air Force’s F-35 fifth generation fighter squadrons, and was previously intended to host a third squadron of the fighters after they were delivered…Iranian media sources have reported that the facility was “completely destroyed” in the attack…Footage from Israel has confirmed the impact of dozens of ballistic missiles which Israel’s air defence network failed to shoot down, with targets impacted including the headquarters of the intelligence agency Mossad, located in Tel Aviv”.
Following the decimating massive Iranian ballistic missile strike, this report notes, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared: “Iran made a big mistake tonight – and it will pay for it…The regime in Iran does not understand our determination to defend ourselves and our determination to retaliate against our enemies…Sinwar and Deif did not understand this, Nasrallah and Mohsen did not understand this, and there are probably those in Tehran who do not understand this…They will understand…We will stand by the rule we have established: whoever attacks us – we will attack him”—Israel began bombing early warning radar sites in Syria this morning, which is a country they need to fly over to reach Iran—and Iranian Major General Bagheri warned: “All Israeli infrastructure will be targeted if regime is not reined in, attacks our land”.
As a trembling world awaits an Israeli response that can quickly escalate into World War III, this report concludes, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei truthfully explained to all fearful peoples today: “In our region, the root cause of problems, which leads to conflicts, wars, concerns and hostilities and such like, results from the presence of the same people who claim to advocate peace and tranquility in the region; that is America and some European countries…If they get themselves out of this region, beyond a shadow of doubt, these conflicts, these wars, these clashes will come to a complete halt, and the countries of the region will be able to govern themselves, govern their region, and live together in peace, blessing and prosperity”.
