A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting three explosive devices were thrown onto the grounds of the Russian Consulate in the French city of Marseille at around 7:30 am this morning, says Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova quickly declared: “This has all the hallmarks of a terrorist attack”.
The premier tracker of global terrorist attacks, this report notes, is the National Security Agency (NSA) located in Anne Arundel County-Maryland—but today is a Anne Arundel County that’s under a massive “multi-day cybersecurity attack” blamed on “external origin”, and about which is critically known:
The county is located about 30 miles east of Washington, DC, and is home to key federal agencies, particularly those related to defense, cybersecurity, and law enforcement:
Defense and Intelligence Agencies:
1.) National Security Agency (NSA) – Located at Fort Meade, the NSA is responsible for signals intelligence (SIGINT) and cybersecurity operations.
2.) U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) – Also at Fort Meade, this command is tasked with defending military networks and conducting cyber operations.
3.) Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) – Provides IT and communications support for the Department of Defense (DoD).
4.) Defense Media Activity (DMA) – Handles DoD media operations, including Armed Forces Network (AFN) and military public affairs.
5.) Defense Courier Service (DCS) – A secure courier service for classified DoD materials.
Law Enforcement and Investigative Agencies:
1.) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) – Baltimore Field Office (Resident Agency) – Handles federal law enforcement operations for the region.
2.) Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) – Washington Field Office – Investigates crimes related to the Navy and Marine Corps.
Military Installations:
1.) Fort George G. Meade – A major U.S. Army installation housing intelligence and cybersecurity units.
2.) Naval Support Activity Annapolis (NSA Annapolis) – Provides base support for the U.S. Naval Academy.
3.) U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) – A premier military academy training future naval officers.
Other Federal Agencies:
1.) National Cryptologic Museum (NSA-affiliated) – A public museum focused on cryptography and intelligence history.
2.) U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – Various Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) offices – Engaged in national cyber defense.
Immediately prior to the cyberattack crippling of America’s most vital intelligence, law enforcement and defense agencies, this report continues, President Donald Trump conducted a “Friday Night Massacre” at the Pentagon to oust its top leadership and swore into office FBI Director Kash Patel—President Trump then placed FBI Director Patel in charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), where he will enforce the first pro-Second Amendment Executive Order in American history entitled “Protecting Second Amendment Rights”.
In response to to the cyberattack crippling of America’s most vital intelligence, law enforcement and defense agencies, this report concludes, late last evening President Trump appointed conservative firebrand Dan Bongino to be the FBI Deputy Director—is a position making Bongino the second most powerful official at the FBI, that doesn’t require Senate confirmation—and is a now FBI Deputy Director Bongino who vowed to scorch from existence the FBI officials and agents that raided the Mar-a-Lago home of President Trump.
