A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin formally requested that the State Duma ratify the treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea yesterday, says this strategic defense agreement was signed between President Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on 19 June, and about which top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed: “The partnership agreement between Russia and North Korea implies strategic cooperation in all areas, including in the field of security”.
Along with President Putin submitting the strategic defense agreement with North Korea to the State Duma for ratification yesterday, this report notes, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov was in China strengthening military ties, where he declared: “The defense officials of Russia and China are united in their assessments of global processes, and they have a common understanding of what needs to be done in the current situation”—Vice Chairman General Zhang Youxia of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China also declared: “We hope that the parties will make joint efforts to implement the agreements reached by the heads of state, maintain close contacts at a high level, deepen and expand relations between the militaries of the two countries, protect the sovereignty, security and development interests of their countries and work together to maintain international and regional peace and stability”—and were declarations joined with the news: “Russian and Chinese warships have conducted live-fire exercises in the Pacific Ocean as part of their anti-submarine and air defense drills”.
Last Friday, this report continues, President Putin met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian at the Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development international forum in Ashgabat-Turkmenistan, where they finalized the terms of a strategic alliance agreement between Russia and Iran, that’s expected to be formally signed at the BRICS Summit in Kazan-Russia on 22 October—and with President Putin having forged a strategic military alliance with Asian nuclear armed powers comprising four of the world’s largest armies, he proclaimed to them at the Turkmenistan international forum last week: “The event is dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraghi, who called for justice and equality, consent and responsibility, tolerance and understanding, respect and solidarity…All this is still close and understandable to reasonable people today, especially relevant and in demand in the current difficult situation, when the world is facing unprecedented threats caused by civilizational fractures, inter-ethnic and inter-confessional conflicts, when international relations have entered the era of global, fundamental changes, when a new world order is being formed, reflecting the diversity of the whole planet, and this natural process is irreversible”.
In opposing the new world order being formed to reflect the diversity of the whole planet, this report details, the socialist Western colonial powers are waging a losing proxy war against Russia, they warned they’ll be at war with China in 2025, and it was revealed today: “Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has told the Biden administration he is willing to strike military rather than oil or nuclear facilities in Iran, according to two officials familiar with the matter, suggesting a more limited counterstrike aimed at preventing a full-scale war”—a revelation that followed the Pentagon announcing it is sending sending one of the U.S. Army’s seven prized Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) batteries to Israel along with American troops to man it—but whose deployment isn’t to protect Israel, rather it will defend the secretive American military base Site 512, that’s been in Israel’s Negev Desert permanently at least since 2012.
In terror over President Putin forging an Asian military alliance comprised of Russia, North Korea, China and Iran, this report concludes, yesterday it saw socialist European Union and NATO member top spy chief President Bruno Kahl of the German Federal Intelligence Service fearfully warning his socialist Western colonial allies: “Whether we like it or not, we are in direct confrontation with Russia…A direct military confrontation with NATO could be a course of action for Russia by 2030 as Putin pursues his long-term goal of weakening the West and establishing a new global order”.
