Kennedy Warns Zelensky From Grave As America-Russia Mega-Quake Terror Strikes

A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting that following the news yesterday about a possible summit between President Putin, President Donald Trump and President Xi Jinping in September, it saw unelected Ukrainian Dictator Vladimir Zelensky announcing last evening he has proposed a new round of peace talks with Russia for next week—an announcement joined with the news: “Zelensky on 19 July announced the updated composition of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, following the country’s latest government reshuffle”—and the British pro-Ukraine publication The Spectator, in its article “Ukrainians Have Lost Faith In Zelensky” warned: “The Kiev government is racked by corruption scandals and purges, public faith in their future and in their leaders is tanking and pressure to make peace at almost any price is growing”.

Last Monday, this report notes, President Trump sent his special envoy retired General Keith Kellogg to Ukraine for an entire week—and was a week in which General Kellogg investigated the evidence compiled by world-renowned Pulitzer prize winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh that Dictator Zelensky and his team stole at least $400 million of American aid.

Within an hour of General Kellogg leaving Ukraine on Friday, this report continues, investigative journalist Hersh revealed: “Zelensky is on a short list for exile, if President Donald Trump decides to make the call…One US official familiar with internal discussions suggested that if Zelensky refuses to step down — which they believe is the most likely scenario — he may ultimately be removed by force”—a revelation followed by the news: “American pro-Ukrainian propagandist Megan Mobbs, the daughter of special envoy Keith Kellogg, rushed to refute Seymour Hersh’s words about the White House’s plans to oust Zelensky”.

Critical to notice, this report details, is that General Kellogg is a highly decorated elite special forces combat veteran of the Vietnam War, and Hersh was the foremost American reporter for the Vietnam War, that earned him the Pulitzer prize—both of whom were aware of the actions taken by President John F. Four months after President Kennedy authorized the execution coup to force President Diem from power, this report concludes, the Great Alaska Earthquake struck on 27 March 1964, a 9.2 magnitude quake that is the largest recorded in American history, and the second largest recorded in world history—after a catastrophic 8.6 magnitude quake struck Alaska on 1 April 1946, the United States Tsunami Warning System was created—a tsunami warning system that was activated on Wednesday when a 7.3 magnitude quake struck Alaska surprising scientists—are scientists now in terror after a 7.4 magnitude quake struck Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamtsjatka-Russia today—and with the base of the Bering Sea continental margin extending from Eastern Siberia to the Alaska Peninsula, scientists fearful of a mega-quake warned: “The land along the archipelago of the Aleutian Islands and the Kamchatka Peninsula is one of the most active portions of the Ring of Fire…Yet, much of the geological processes involved remain unknown”.

Historic Trump-Putin-Xi Summit To Settle Global Rare-Earth Metals Crisis Nears

An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin confirmed in a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he is ready to seek a diplomatic solution to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, says Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev also warned: “Russia will continue to rout Ukrainian forces on the battlefield despite the EU’s decision to impose its 18th package of sanctions against the country”—a warning joined by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing that Russian military forces killed over 8,495 Ukrainian soldiers over the past week.

Yesterday, this report notes, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order withdrawing Moscow from a military technical cooperation agreement with Germany in place since 1996—Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko then announced: “Trade with the European Union could decline to zero”—and it was also revealed: “Russia told international regulators that European nations using navigation and broadcast satellites for both civil and military purposes, notably in support of Ukraine, have forfeited the right to protest if these satellites’ signals are jammed by Russia”.

What makes 2 September critical to notice, this report details, was President Trump revealing about his call with Chinese President Xi Jinping last month: “He invited me to China and I invited him here…We both accepted”—a revelation that followed President Putin accepting an invitation from President Xi to visit China—all of which was joined by the news today: “A meeting of the leaders of Russia, the United States and China is possible in early September in Beijing, during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II…China is considering holding a trilateral summit between Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Beijing, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II on 3 September”.

As to why a great powers leader summit is urgently needed, this report notes, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warningly revealed: “Rare-earth metals, whose reserves are quite limited, are the key resource required to continue increasing production and more solidly introduce AI standards…They are the prize in the trade wars underway between the key suppliers of AI solutions to the market…Political elites in Western countries, most of which don’t have such reserves, seek to gain preempted and unrestricted access to the fields held by the countries of the global majority, and while doing so, they pursue an aggressive neocolonial policy bordering on robbery and looting”.

The crisis facing President Trump as he attempts to make America into a 21^st Century global power in high tech AI manufacturing, this report continues, is that the rare-earth metals he needs are controlled by the global majority BRICS Alliance founding member nations Brazil, Russia, India and China, and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva proclaimed this week: “We cannot have President Trump forgetting that he was elected to govern the US – he was not elected to be the emperor of the world”.

While China is the world leader in rare-earth metal processing, this report details, it is factually known: “Endowed with 658 million tons of rare metals, including up to 28.7 million tons of rare earths crucial to modern high-tech, renewables and defense, Russia’s mineral riches account for 20% or more of the world’s rare earths stockpile, and thought to be second in size only to China”.

Along with Russia being the second top exporter of rare earth minerals in the world, this report notes, it possesses the world’s largest natural resource reserves valued at over $75 trillion—it is also known: “Russia’s rare earths are largely untapped and underdeveloped, and scattered at major deposits across the country, from the Arctic and Siberia to new regions like the Donbass”, and documented:

Yttrium: found in the Kola Peninsula, Transbaikalia, and the Ilmensky Mountains in the Southern Urals, this rare earth is used in phosphors, superconductors and as an additive for strengthening alloys.

Lanthanum: found mainly in the Kola Peninsula and the Ilmensky Mountains, this material is used in hybrid car batteries, camera lenses, radiation-absorbing glasses.

Neodymium: found in the Kola Peninsula and Yakutia at the Tomtor Deposit, this rare earth is used to make powerful permanent magnets for electric motors and wind turbines, electroacoustic equipment and lasers.

Dysprosium: located in the Kola Peninsula, Yakutia and Transbaikal, this rare earth is also used for EV magnets, plus applications like control rods for nuclear reactors.

Cerium: Found in the same regions and the Southern Urals, this rare earth is used for specialized magnets for defense and aerospace use, and as a dopant for phosphors in electronic screens and lamps.

Lithium: While not strictly a rare earth, it is a critical mineral that’s essential for the West’s much-touted green transition. Russia’s lithium stocks are situated in Transbaikal and the Urals, Donetsk and Zaporozhye. Donetsk in particular is known to possess one of Europe’s largest hard-rock lithium reserves at its recently liberated Shevchenko deposit.

With President Trump knowing that vast Russian untapped rare-earth metal reserves can fulfill his dream to make America a global high tech manufacturing powerhouse, this report concludes, it was no surprise to see the March revelation: “Russian and U.S. officials have started discussions on developing reserves of rare earth metals in Russia”.

Trump Spurns “Evil Of Globalism” On Anniversary Of Ukraine Joining Nazi Empire

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev most factually observed: “Ukraine bears obvious similarities to the Nazi state at the end of World War II and should undergo demilitarization, denazification, and democratization in a manner similar to postwar Germany”, says this factual observation was joined by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz declaring: “Germany will provide Ukraine with new long-range missiles very shortly, very soon”—a declaration followed by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warning the warmongering socialist German leader: “We have repeatedly stated that a deployment of armed forces of other countries in Ukraine under any pretense would be absolutely unacceptable…We regard this as preparations for foreign military intervention…We will consider these so-called multinational forces as legitimate military targets”.

Days after President Donald Trump promised new Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine, this report notes, the Pentagon told Switzerland yesterday that it will delay a previously agreed-upon delivery of the Patriot air defense system they already paid for—as to how these Patriot air defense systems are paid for, it was noticed that the just passed $832 billion defense bill would provide $283 billion for operation and maintenance of the American military, a roughly $7 billion decrease below 2025 levels—Vice President J.D. Vance spokesperson told Fox News yesterday: “The vice president completely supports the plan to save American taxpayers from indefinitely funding the conflict and remains committed to the president’s goal of ending the bloodshed in Eastern Europe”—and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova assessed about the billions of dollars the socialist Western colonial powers have pledged to Ukraine: “I think it would be possible to feed several continents”.

In the ongoing quest to understand what President Trump is doing, this report continues, the leftist Washington Post warningly observed: “President Donald Trump’s disruptive trade and security policies are producing some big aftershocks — including a likely summit meeting in China this fall, a possible change of government in Japan and European complaints of U.S. economic blackmail”—a warning observation joined by Politico revealing: “The national security elites gathered in this mountain retreat this week are finding themselves playing defense about their beliefs, motivations and patriotism — and whether they even deserve attention from the people in power…It’s a result of the Trump administration’s 11th hour decision to pull nearly all of its speakers from the annual Aspen Security Forum, with the Pentagon alleging that the gathering promotes the evil of globalism”.
