Trump Faces Iran Vow To Outlast Him In War Breaking American Military

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump posted the claim: “The U.S.A. has total control over the Strait of Hormuz…I THINK WE WILL KEEP IT!…Our Naval Blockade is being called, by everyone, “A WALL OF STEE”, and there is nothing Iran can do about it…They have No Money – Their country is “shot”…All they have is FAKE NEWS and 300% INFLATION, and getting worse!…Iran is all talk and no action, the Bully of the Middle East No Longer…Praise be to Allah!”, says Vice President J.D. Vance then declared that the “first priority” of the Iran war was not to stop a nuclear weapon, but to keep oil and gasoline cheap for Americans—and as to if Americans will have cheap energy flowing through the Strait of Hormuz that President Trump claims total control over, the independent international Strait of Hormuz monitoring site Strait Live, which is used by the global shipping industry, factually announced: “Is the Strait of Hormuz closed?…Yes…War-risk insurance has priced commercial transit through the Strait of Hormuz beyond the reach of most operators…As of 14 AUG 2026 · 1034Z, it is day 166 since the 28 February 2026 closure declaration…4 of the world’s largest container carriers say in their own advisories that they have stopped using the strait…War-risk insurance is running at 30.0× normal”.
In response to President Trump, this report notes, top Iranian commander Brigadier-General Mohammad Reza Naqdi vowed: “Iran can stay in the fight in a prolonged armed conflict with the United States, even if it lasts the rest of Donald Trump’s term in office”—a vow joined with the warning economic assessment: “Iran is built for a prolonged, attritional fight, a lesson reinforced by its experience in the Iran-Iraq War…It has employed a strategy of horizontal escalation, extending the conflict into the economic and political domains where time favors the side absorbing pain…This includes disrupting shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, which has collapsed shipping to roughly 5% of pre-war levels, and targeting the energy infrastructure of Gulf states to create global economic pressure…This dynamic gives Tehran significant leverage, as the economic costs of the war are a major incentive for the US to seek a ceasefire”.
Sending warships and fighting forces to wage war on Iran, this report continues, is the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM), about which a new Pentagon inspector general report gravely revealed: “US military installations across the Pacific are in an alarming state of decay…Inspections at 11 installations have revealed various severe issues, including collapsing ceilings, corroded walls, and a significant presence of mold…Additionally, there is extensive use of hazardous construction materials such as asbestos and lead-based paints”—and world-renowned retired CIA senior analyst Larry Johnson, in his intelligence report “The Butcher’s Bill Comes Due: A Military Run Past Its Limits, and the Leaders Who Keep Saying Everything Is Fine”, grimly documented today:
When the Secretary of the Army orders every officer and sergeant in the force to personally check on every soldier, every single day, that is not a routine holiday gesture.
It is an alarm.
And in the ten months since Dan Driscoll issued that order, the alarm has kept ringing — from a carrier in the Arabian Sea, from a secretive command at Fort Meade, from the families of sailors who can no longer get a straight answer about why their children are hungry.
The stories arrive from different branches and different missions, but they add up to a single indictment: the American military is being run past the limits of the people inside it, and too many of its leaders have responded not by fixing the problem but by denying it exists.
Further documenting the breaking of the American military, this report concludes, the Washington Post revealed: “The U.S. military has lost at least 45 MQ-9 Reaper drones during the war with Iran, or roughly 25 percent of its fleet…The Reaper is used to conduct surveillance and targeted strikes, and it can cost between $30 million and $50 million…The potential taxpayer cost of recent losses is over $1.3 billion for that weapon system alone”—a revelation joined by the Jerusalem Post reporting today: “Israeli defense officials have been shocked by the rapid recovery of Iran’s military capabilities since the heavy bombardment by the United States and Israel in the opening stages of the conflict”.
