Fragmenting West Warns It’s “Sleepwalking Into Less Secure Poorer World”

An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin will hold an operational meeting with members of the Security Council next week, says this announcement follows President Putin holding a phone conversation with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi yesterday, in which the leaders of these two nations heavily sanctioned by the socialist Western colonial powers discussed further ways to improve bilateral ties and resist Western pressure—shortly after which, NATO’s second largest military power leader Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he expected to hold talks with President Putin in the next few days, then stated: “The West, and especially the United States, is attacking Russia almost without limits…Of course, Russia is showing great resistance in the face of all this…Russia is not an ordinary, but a powerful state…I commend its great resistance against the hostile actions of the collective West”.
After the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced Russian forces had completed their redeployment to the left bank of the River Dnieper in the Kherson Region on Friday morning, this report notes, Ukrainian forces moved into the city of Kherson devoid of people, without heat, water, electricity or cellphone service, with Russian artillery digging in just miles away—over the past 24-hours, the MoD reports Russian military forces have obliterated every other Ukrainian attempted advance all along the front lines—though Russian forces have redeployed from Kherson, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reminded the socialist Western colonial powers: “The Kherson Region remains part of the Russian Federation, and this status is legally fixed and defined, and there can be no changes to this status”—and was a factual reminder quickly joined by Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warning: “Russia alone is fighting NATO and the Western world…We are capable of destroying a mighty enemy or alliances of enemies by ourselves…Russia has not yet used its full arsenal of weapons and has not struck all potential enemy targets…There is time for everything…It is Russia who today is forming the future world order, and this new equitable world order will be formed”.
As the socialist Western colonial powers gathered at their G20 summit over the weekend, this report continues, today it saw International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva responding to Deputy Chairman Medvedev’s warning with the grim assessment: “While we look at this gloomy picture, even more troubling is the trend towards increased fragmentation—at a time when we need each other the most…And I am very concerned that we may be sleepwalking into a world that would be poorer and less secure as a result”—a grim assessment joined by top European Union diplomat Josep Borrell proposing to militarize their entire road and rail network in order to rapidly move troops and weapons into Eastern Europe on the border of Russia—a proposal quickly met by Swiss activists calling for constitutional amendments declaring “perpetual” neutrality and refusing to join any military alliances unless Switzerland is directly invaded or faces an imminent invasion—then it saw European Union and NATO member leader Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban most factually observing: “We in the EU are on a spiral of escalation…We first delivered non-lethal military aid, then we started sending lethal weapons, now we are training the Ukrainian troops in European territory…In the next few days we will decide whether to bankroll the Ukrainian economy…European economies are heading towards recession at high speed…The voice of those who want peace is much quieter than the voice of those who just increase tensions”.

While the socialist Western colonial powers are “sleepwalking” themselves into poverty so the Biden Crime Family can keep its Ukrainian money laundering criminal organization intact, this report concludes, Russia’s foreign currency reserves increased by 1.2% during October to over $547 billion as of 1 November—a windfall of wealth just joined by news reports like “The London Metal Exchange decided against a ban on new deliveries of Russian metal, in a blow to big western aluminum producers and some traders who had lobbied the exchange to take action”, “Washington has given its blessing for India to keep buying as much Russian oil as it wishes, even at prices exceeding those set by the G7-imposed cap mechanism”, “Over $12 billion worth of goods blocked by sanctions have been imported into Russia from third party countries this year” and “Almost 300 new Chinese car dealerships have opened in Russia so far this year following an exodus of Western brands”—all of which when viewed by former Virginia State Senator Richard Black, made it no surprise when he assessed: “If this war went away, and if the sanctions were lifted, the world economy would surge…All of a sudden, countries all around the world would increase their prosperity, inflation would drop…And a big part of that is because Russia is an enormous exporter of natural resources…And they’re the number one exporter of wheat, fertilizer, of lumber of natural gas…They’re a huge exporter of oil, of aluminum, of titanium, of gold. Just a tremendous number of products…The ability to trade back and forth is so important between Russia and Europe and the idea that somehow they would be at war is really quite insane…But right now we’re led by people who are not very rational”.
