A beyond troubling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the Russian Orthodox Church baptized thousands of Christians in the East African nation of Malawi this week, says the eternal salvation of these Black African peoples was swiftly followed by socialist European Union and NATO member leader Estonian Interior Minister Lauri Läänemets demonically declaring: “I have no choice but to propose to the parliament that they declare the activities of the Patriarchate operating in Moscow as a terrorist organization and supportive of terrorism”—is an Estonia that welcomed white master race Nazi Germany into their country during World War II and whose peoples willingly participated in the Roma Holocaust of whom the Nazis branded subhuman vermin like Jewish and Black peoples—Russian Orthodox Church spokesman Vladimir Legoyda observed: “Läänemets statement takes Estonia back to the dark ages of religious wars, St. Bartholomew’s Night and witch hunts…It is obvious to any sane person that the Moscow Patriarchate is not engaged in terrorist activities…The fight against the Russian Church and Russian culture has become some kind of mental drug”—and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova described Läänemets declaration as bearing “all the signs of a mental illness”.
When the former Ukrainian residents of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions were incorporated into the Russian Federation to liberate them from socialist Western colonial tyranny and genocide because of their Slavic heritage, this report notes, President Putin warningly observed: “Western elites not only deny national sovereignty and international law…Their hegemony has pronounced features of totalitarianism, despotism and apartheid…They brazenly divide the world into their vassals – the so-called civilised countries – and all the rest, who, according to the designs of today’s Western racists, should be added to the list of barbarians and savages…It is worth reminding the West that it began its colonial policy back in the Middle Ages, followed by the worldwide slave trade, the genocide of Indian tribes in America, the plunder of India and Africa, the wars of England and France against China, as a result of which it was forced to open its ports to the opium trade…What they did was get entire nations hooked on drugs and purposefully exterminated entire ethnic groups for the sake of grabbing land and resources, hunting people like animals…This is contrary to human nature, truth, freedom and justice…Let me repeat that the dictatorship of the Western elites targets all societies, including the citizens of Western countries themselves…This is a challenge to all…This complete renunciation of what it means to be human, the overthrow of faith and traditional values, and the suppression of freedom are coming to resemble a religion in reverse– pure Satanism”.
As an example of socialist Western colonial white master race “pure Satanism”, this report continues, top Ukrainian negotiator David Arahamiya revealed about former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson: “The Russians were ready to end the war if we took neutrality—as Finland once did—and made commitments that we would not join NATO…This was the key point…But while the negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow were underway in Istanbul, Johnson unexpectedly arrived in Kyiv on 9 April 2022, telling Zelensky that he shouldn’t sign anything with them at all—and let’s just fight”.
Now joining former Prime Minister Johnson’s socialist Western colonial powers order to its corrupt puppet state Ukraine to “let’s just fight”, this report details, in addressing students of Georgetown University, one of the leading breeding grounds of American political elites, the British leader declared to them this week: “The Ukrainians are fighting the West’s fight with Russia and do not ask for much, so the money and resources put into the country generate fantastic value”—and earlier today, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed the true cost of this “fantastic value” for the socialist Western colonial powers when it announced: “In the Donestk region, Russian forces of Battlegroup Tsentr took more advantageous positions, repelled two attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with Ukrainian losses in the past 24 hours amounting to over 500 servicemen and one tank, three armored combat vehicles, 23 cars, and a Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system…During counter-battery combat, two US-made 155 mm M777 howitzers, a 152 mm D-20 howitzer, and a 122 mm D-30 howitzer were destroyed…Units of Russia’s Battlegroup Vostok struck formations of two Ukrainian brigades over the past day, with the enemy’s losses exceeding 110 soldiers…In addition, Ukrainian forces lost four pickup trucks, a 155 mm Polish-made Krab self-propelled howitzer, a 155 mm US-made M777 howitzer, and a NOTA electronic warfare station”.
In further describing the “fantastic value” the socialist Western colonial powers are reaping from the war in Ukraine, this report notes, Ukrainian Commander-In-Chief General Oleksandr Syrsky fearfully declared today: “The situation on the eastern front has deteriorated significantly in recent days…This is primarily due to a significant intensification of the enemy’s offensive after the presidential elections in Russia”—the leftist Washington Post also assessed today: “As Ukrainian officials plead for more Western arms and a U.S. aid package remains stalled in Congress, Russia is advancing on the battlefield in eastern Ukraine, seizing new territory and intensifying attacks to capture the town of Chasiv Yar and others in the Donetsk region…Away from the front line, Ukraine’s dwindling air defense capabilities are showing vulnerabilities, as more Russian missiles and drones are able to hit targets such as critical infrastructure facilities…Outside Kyiv — considered Ukraine’s best-protected city — the largest power plant serving the capital was destroyed Thursday, stoking concerns that Ukraine might be running out of surface-to-air missiles to counter the Russian airstrikes”—all of which was joined by former United States Marine intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter observing: “There will be no great Ukrainian counteroffensive, as Russia has entirely changed the game…What is going on between Russia and Ukraine today is that Russia is making Ukraine lose ‘Jenga blocks’ at a rate far greater than NATO can replace them…Ukraine’s Jenga block structure is becoming weak, and may collapse at any moment on the battlefield”.
With the socialist Western colonial powers “fantastic value” conflict in Ukraine now causing more European nations to prepare their populations for war, this report concludes, these preparations for war would also be advisable for Americans, specifically because the Russian military just tested a top secret nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile, about which the Ministry of Defense announced: “The Strategic Missile Forces successfully launched ICBM of a mobile ground-based missile system from the interservice test facility near Volgograd…The test was successful and indicated the high reliability of domestic missiles, ensuring the strategic security of the country”.

Russia Notifies United Nations To Prepare For “Unconditional Surrender” Of Ukraine

A critically informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin revealing: “The strikes on energy facilities in Ukraine are part of the process of demilitarization”, says he then observed about the so-called Ukraine peace summit the socialist Western colonial powers will hold in Switzerland on 15-16 June that excludes Russia: “They think that we have nothing to do there, and at the same time they say that nothing can be solved without us…Since we are not going there it has now turned into a kind of nonsense…They say, we refuse to negotiate…We’re not invited, but they say that we refuse”.
In accordance with provisions outlined in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter for self defense, that Russia invoked on 24 February 2022 to launch the “Special De-Nazification Operation” for the liberation and demilitarization of Ukraine, this report notes, Russian Permanent Representative Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya to the United Nations notified the United Nations Security Council yesterday: “This is how it will go down in history: an inhuman and misanthropic regime of terrorists and Nazis who betrayed the interests of their people and sacrificed them for Western money and handouts for Zelensky and his inner circle…Under these conditions, the attempts of the head of the Kiev regime to promote his “formulas” and convene “summits” cause nothing but bewilderment…Soon enough, the only topic for any international meetings on Ukraine will be the unconditional surrender of the Kiev regime…My advice is that everyone should prepare for this in advance”.
Also as per the provisions outlined in Article 51, this report continues, Permanent Representative Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya informed the United Nations Security Council: “As for the massive precision strikes against Ukrainian fuel and energy facilities, they are a response to attempts by the Kiev regime to damage Russian oil and gas and energy infrastructure…The strike did achieve its goal, having disrupted the work of Ukrainian military industry enterprises and the transfer of reserves to combat areas…It also hampered the supply of fuel to the Ukrainian Armed Forces…As in all previous cases, the civilian population was not threatened by the Russian military, no matter how much Zelensky’s regime and its Western sponsors try to prove the opposite”—the Kiev Post then revealed: “The nation’s largest thermal power station that supplies electricity to three regions has lost 100 percent of its generating capacity, the company said on 11 April, following an overnight Russian airborne attack…“The scale of destruction is terrifying”, Centrenergo’s chairman Andriy Hota told BBC News”—and it was observed: “Ukraine’s largest private electricity company, DTEK, said that two of its power stations had been seriously damaged…The company added that it had already lost 80 percent of its generating capacity as a result of Russian attacks between 22 March and 29 March”.
Quickly following the news: “The latest intense Russian bombardment of Ukraine has resulted in the European Parliament taking the unprecedented decision to delay approval of the council budget until EU leaders get fully on board with approving additional Patriot air defense systems for Ukraine”, this report details, military analysts factually assessed that all of the Patriot air defense systems in the world can’t defend Ukraine, specifically because Russian military forces obliterated Ukrainian energy targets using its latest X-69 missile, that flies at an altitude of only 20 meters (65 feet), skirting the surface, which makes it invulnerable to air defense systems.
Though the socialist Western colonial powers continue to rage about their failed proxy war against Russia using its corrupt puppet state Ukraine, this report notes, Permanent Representative Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya also most factually revealed to the United Nations Security Council yesterday:
What also gets in the way of Western propaganda makers is the opinions of ordinary Ukrainians, which they share on social networks, urging their compatriots to fear not Russian precision strikes but the consequences of the work of Ukrainian air defense systems that are deployed in residential areas in violation of IHL norms.
Since Ukraine has fewer air defense systems, there have also been fewer incidents due to their use. Ordinary citizens of Ukraine also noticed that.
Incidentally, the Ukrainian military have begun to complain openly that local residents in Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk and other cities and regions of Ukraine have started to actively share with Russian military the coordinates of UAF arms depots and whereabouts of military reserves, which clearly demonstrates the real attitude of the civilian population to what is happening.
Ordinary Ukrainians have come to realize more clearly who their real enemy is and who poses a real, not an imaginary, threat to their lives.
We can understand them, because they are concerned about things that our Western colleagues did not mention today.
For example, they have not said a word about violations of the rights of Ukrainian men of conscription age during their forced mobilization. This is a real scourge for Ukrainian families today. More and more evidence is being published on the Internet that military commissions mistreat Ukrainian men.
In violation of all norms and laws, they seize them in the streets as if they were wanted criminals and send them straight to the front without any special training where the only way to survive is to surrender to the Russian troops.
The latter is not that easy though, because of barrier squads consisting of nationalists, who try to avoid direct combat with the Russian troops, preferring to shoot their compatriots in the back.
At the same time, whoever has money and connections, like MPs and officials, evade conscription themselves and take their relatives of conscription age abroad.
In Vinnitsa region, a ban was imposed on the entry of men of conscription age into the areas bordering Moldova in order to prevent them from fleeing.
As we see from a video report published recently by the German Deutsche Welle, in many Ukrainian villages there is simply no one left to conscript. In the village of Luzanovka Cherkassy Region, with the population of 400 people, about 50 men have been conscripted. Head of the local Council complains that they do not have anyone to do the grave digging.
And this happens all across Ukraine against the backdrop of the frank unwillingness of the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians to fight for Western geopolitical interests.
As President of the Kiev International Institute of Sociology admitted the other day, only 8% of men who had been surveyed are ready to voluntarily join the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Kiev regime rightly sees this as a lethal threat to its power and therefore “tightens the screws” in every possible way.
Thus, at the beginning of the month, the conscription age for Ukrainians was lowered from 27 down to 25, and, judging by the progress of Ukrainian troops at the front, it may soon be 17-18 years old.
In his moment of agony, Hitler is known to have relied on “Hitlerjugend” for the defense of Berlin. Zelensky’s agonizing regime is ready to do the same, and sacrifices not only Ukrainian men, but women too for the interests of others.
The law on mobilization, which is about to be adopted, will completely turn Ukrainians into serfs whose lives are at the disposal of Zelensky and his clique. However, our Western colleagues prefer to keep silent about this. Just as they never admit how they were preparing Ukraine for a war with Russia for many years under the cover of the Minsk Agreements; and how they did not allow Ukrainians to make peace with Russia.
Of course, no one said today that the human rights situation in Ukraine continues to deteriorate rapidly. None of Western sponsors dares to criticize the head of the Kiev regime, who has usurped power, canceled elections and thrown into prison everyone who disagrees with his dictatorship.
Meanwhile, neo-Nazism is being more and more blatantly promoted in Ukraine, where accomplices of the Nazis are glorified; nationalist and racist sentiments are being cultivated among the population.
Large-scale persecution of canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church continues. The Kiev regime takes pains to create an image of the UOC and its ministers as “collaborators of the enemy” and encourages illegal seizure of churches. Everything Russian, language, culture, education, media, is automatically subjected to cancellation.
Following Ukrainian Chief Military Advisor Oksana Grigorieva demonically proclaiming: “The Ukrainian government should leave its old-school mentality behind and implement true equality in its armed forces…Our constitution states that it is the duty of every Ukrainian to protect their homeland, so it is only right that women serve too”, this report continues, the leftist New York Times revealed: “The roughly one million men who serve in Ukraine’s army are battered and exhausted…Many soldiers have been on combat duty for two years…Tens of thousands have been lost to death or serious injury…New recruits are desperately needed….But Ukraine is running up against a critical demographic constraint long in the making: It has very few young men…Healthy men under age 30, the backbone of most militaries, are part of the smallest generation in Ukraine’s modern history”—a revelation that joined Supreme Allied Commander Europe United States Army General Christopher Cavoli informing American lawmakers yesterday: “Russia is reconstituting its military forces far faster than our initial estimates suggested…Over the past year, Russia increased its front line troop strength from 360,000 to 470,000…The army is actually now larger — by 15 percent — than it was when it invaded”.
Along with the Ministry of Defense (MoD) observing: “With Ukrainians unwilling to volunteer for the cause of Zelensky’s madness, Kiev has updated its mobilization rules to recruit new cannon fodder”, this report details, one of its top officials told reporters about puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s comical plan for a new counteroffensive: “I would remind you that the implementation of the previous counteroffensive plan in 2023, which Commander-in-Chief Zelensky has delicately called ‘not successful’, resulted in the death and serious injury of more than 166,000 members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the loss of 789 tanks, 2,400 other armored vehicles and 132 aircraft”—the just released American economic article “In Latest Humiliation For Biden Admin, Russian Oil Is Trading Above The G7 Price Cap Everywhere” also revealed: “Russian oil is trading far in excess of a Group of Seven price cap that’s supposed to deprive Moscow of revenue for its war in Ukraine, suggesting significant non-compliance with the measure, which anyone with half a working brain would have expected to happen, which of course excludes virtually all “democratic” bureaucrats who implemented this idiotic sanction which only ended up making the Vitol oil traders billionaires”—all of which was joined by the news: “The World Bank has revised its outlook for Russian GDP growth in 2024-2025 upward”.
After Bloomberg reported yesterday, citing unnamed officials: “The US has run out of options to help Ukraine beyond hoping Congress ultimately passes a $60 billion aid package before the frontline starts to crumble under Russian pressure”, this report concludes, Axios revealed: “House Democrats are engaged in a widespread whip operation aimed at persuading progressive stragglers to sign onto a discharge petition to force a vote on the Senate’s Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan aid bill…But more than a dozen pro-Palestinian progressives have refused to sign on in protest of the military assistance for Israel in the Senate bill”—and was a revelation joined by the leftist New York Times publishing the open letter “The Math On Ukraine Doesn’t Add Up” written by top Republican Party conservative lawmaker United States Senator J.D. Vance, wherein he warningly observed:
President Biden wants the world to believe that the biggest obstacle facing Ukraine is Republicans and our lack of commitment to the global community. This is wrong.
Ukraine’s challenge is not the G.O.P.; it’s math.
Ukraine needs more soldiers than it can field, even with draconian conscription policies. And it needs more material than the United States can provide. This reality must inform any future Ukraine policy, from further congressional aid to the diplomatic course set by the president.
The most fundamental question: How much does Ukraine need and how much can we actually provide?
Mr. Biden suggests that a $60 billion supplemental means the difference between victory and defeat in a major war between Russia and Ukraine. That is also wrong. $60 billion is a fraction of what it would take to turn the tide in Ukraine’s favor. But this is not just a matter of dollars. Fundamentally, we lack the capacity to manufacture the amount of weapons Ukraine needs us to supply to win the war.
Consider our ability to produce 155-millimeter artillery shells. Last year, Ukraine’s then defense minister assessed that their base line requirement for these shells is over four million per year, but said they could fire up to seven million if that many were available. Since the start of the conflict, the United States has gone to great lengths to ramp up production of 155-millimeter shells. We’ve roughly doubled our capacity and can now produce 360,000 per year — less than a tenth of what Ukraine says it needs. The administration’s goal is to get this to 1.2 million — 30 percent of what’s needed — by the end of 2025. This would cost the American taxpayers dearly while yielding an unpleasantly familiar result: failure abroad.
Just this week, the top American military commander in Europe argued that absent further security assistance, Russia could soon have a 10-to-1 artillery advantage over Ukraine. What didn’t gather as many headlines is that Russia’s current advantage is at least 5 to 1, even after all the money we have poured into the conflict. Neither of these ratios plausibly lead to Ukrainian victory.
Proponents of American aid to Ukraine have argued that our approach has been a boon to our own economy, creating jobs here in the factories that manufacture weapons. But our national security interests can be — and often are — separate from our economic interests.
The notion that we should prolong a bloody and gruesome war because it’s been good for American business is grotesque. We can and should rebuild our industrial base without shipping its products to a foreign conflict.
The story is the same when we look at other munitions. Take the Patriot missile system — our premier air defense weapon. It’s of such importance in this war that Ukraine’s foreign minister has specifically demanded them. That’s because in March alone, Russia reportedly launched over 3,000 guided aerial bombs, 600 drones and 400 missiles at Ukraine. To fend off these attacks, the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, and others have indicated they need thousands of Patriot interceptors per year. The problem is this: The United States only manufactures 550 every year. If we pass the supplemental aid package currently being considered in Congress, we could potentially increase annual production to 650, but that’s still less than a third of what Ukraine requires.
These weapons are not only needed by Ukraine. If China were to set its sights on Taiwan, the Patriot missile system would be critical to its defense. In fact, the United States has promised to send Taiwan nearly $900 million worth of Patriot missiles, but delivery of those weapons and other essential resources has been severely delayed, partly because of shortages caused by the war.
If that sounds bad, Ukraine’s manpower situation is even worse. Here are the basics: Russia has nearly four times the population of Ukraine. Ukraine needs upward of half a million new recruits, but hundreds of thousands of fighting-age men have already fled the country. The average Ukrainian soldier is roughly 43 years old, and many soldiers have already served two years at the front with few, if any, opportunities to stop fighting. After two years of conflict, there are some villages with almost no men left. The Ukrainian military has resorted to coercing men into service, and women have staged protests to demand the return of their husbands and fathers after long years of service at the front. This newspaper reported one instance in which the Ukrainian military attempted to conscript a man with diagnosed mental disability.
Many in Washington seem to think that hundreds of thousands of young Ukrainians have gone to war with a song in their heart and are happy to label any thought to the contrary Russian propaganda. But major newspapers on both sides of the Atlantic are reporting that the situation on the ground in Ukraine is grim.
The White House has said time and again that they can’t negotiate with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. This is absurd.
The Biden administration has no viable plan for the Ukrainians to win this war.
The sooner Americans confront this truth, the sooner we can fix this mess and broker for peace.

During a United States Congress hearing on the stalled Ukraine military aid bill yesterday, this report notes, Supreme Allied Commander Europe United States Army General Christopher Cavoli warningly proclaimed: “The severity of this moment cannot be overstated…Ukraine will run out of artillery shells and air-defense munitions without additional US support…The side that can’t shoot back loses”—a warning proclamation joined by top socialist Biden Regime official Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander further warning American lawmakers: “The US has provided Ukraine with over $113 billion in various forms of assistance since the start of hostilities in February 2022, including more than $62 billion in military aid funneled through the Pentagon…However, more funds are urgently needed to protect this investment…What we need right now to prevent Russian success and Ukrainian defeat is passage of the supplemental…None of that work that we’ve done for two years in investing in Ukraine’s future will pay off, unless we get them through the next few months”.
Though Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander failed to explain exactly how the deaths of hundreds-of-thousands of Ukrainians is an “investment”, this report continues, she did reveal to American lawmakers during her testimony yesterday: “The strikes that we have seen against Russian energy sources have not significantly altered Russia’s ability to prosecute the war…The evidence we’ve seen is that the Russians have been able to rapidly repair the facilities that were struck”—a revelation followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing earlier today: “In response to the Kiev regime’s attempts to damage Russian oil and gas industry and energy facilities, last night the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation conducted a massive precision strike using long-range air and sea-based weapons, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, on the fuel and energy complex objects of Ukraine…The strike objectives have been achieved…All targets have been hit”—an announcement followed by the Kiev Post revealing: “Russian forces launched yet another mass aerial attack against Ukraine on Thursday morning, 11 April, firing missiles, including hypersonic Kinzhals, from more than nine strategic bombers, targeting critical infrastructures in the Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv and Kharkiv regions…As a result of the attack, the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant (TPP) was completely destroyed in the Kyiv region”—and as it pertains to the massive strike on the Bilche-Volytsko-Uherske Storage Facility in Ukraine. which can store four times the volume of the largest German natural gas facility and forms part of the European continent’s largest underground cavern network capable of storing vitally needed natural gas, Western military analysts observed: “At least eight Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and four Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles early in the morning of 11 April attacked the largest Bilche-Volitsko-Uher gas storage facility with a capacity of 17 billion cubic meters, which is more than half the capacity of all underground gas storage facilities in the country…The attack on this underground gas storage facility is confirmed by the Ukrainian company Naftogaz…In order to take an underground gas storage facility out of the game, it is not necessary to undermine it directly…It is enough to destroy the entire infrastructure that allows gas to be pumped in and taken out…Based on the number of arrivals, such destruction is very likely…Attacks with such devastating consequences for Ukraine’s failing energy system serve as a kind of response to the intensified terrorist attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian refineries and other strategic industrial facilities…Moscow’s hint in this case is more than transparent: don’t stop, it will be even bigger and worse”.

During the cathedral congress, which took place on 27 March 2024 in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow under the chairmanship of the head of the VRNS, His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, the Order of the XXV World Russian People’s Council “The Present and Future of the Russian World” was approved (Moscow, 27-28 November 2023).
This document, summarizing the most significant proposals put forward within the framework of the work of expert platforms and during the Plenary session, is a program document of the XXV World Russian People’s Council, as well as an order addressed to the legislative and executive authorities of Russia.
1. Special military operation
The special military operation is a new stage in the national liberation struggle of the Russian people against the criminal Kyiv regime and the collective West behind it, waged on the lands of Southwestern Rus‘ since 2014. During the SVO, the Russian people, with arms in hand, defend their lives, freedom, statehood, civilizational, religious, national and cultural identity, as well as the right to live on their own land within the borders of a single Russian state.
From a spiritual and moral point of view, a special military operation is a Holy War, in which Russia and its people, defending the single spiritual space of Holy Rus‘, fulfill the mission of “Holding”, protecting the world from the onslaught of globalism and the victory of the West, which has fallen into Satanism.
After the completion of the Northeast Military District, the entire territory of modern Ukraine should enter the zone of exclusive influence of Russia. The possibility of the existence in this territory of a Russophobic political regime hostile to Russia and its people, as well as a political regime controlled from an external center hostile to Russia, must be completely excluded.
2. Russian world
Russia is the creator, support and defender of the Russian world. The borders of the Russian world as a spiritual, cultural and civilizational phenomenon are significantly wider than the state borders of both the current Russian Federation and greater historical Russia. Along with representatives of the Russian ecumene scattered throughout the world, the Russian world includes everyone for whom the Russian tradition, the shrines of Russian civilization and the great Russian culture are the highest value and meaning of life.
The highest meaning of the existence of Russia and the Russian world it created – their spiritual mission – is to be the global “Holder”, protecting the world from evil. The historical mission is to over and over again destroy attempts to establish universal hegemony in the world – attempts to subjugate humanity to a single evil principle.
Building a thousand-year-old Russian statehood is the highest form of political creativity of Russians as a nation. The division and weakening of the Russian people, the deprivation of their spiritual and vital forces have always led to the weakening and crisis of the Russian state. Therefore, the restoration of the unity of the Russian people, as well as their spiritual and life potential, are key conditions for the survival and successful development of Russia and the Russian world in the 21st century.
The family is the basis of Russian national life and the internal stronghold of the tradition of the Russian World. This is the most stable, conservative institution of society, responsible for transmitting from generation to generation basic ideas about the world and about man, for instilling the most important social skills and roles (men and women, father and mother, citizen, etc.), for preserving and transmission of a civilizational worldview, national idea, as well as traditional spiritual and moral values. Being the most important school for personal development, the family not only helps a person to understand the world around him, but also teaches him love, kindness and compassion, and provides the most important moral ideas and guidelines.
3. Foreign policy
Russia must become one of the leading centers of the multipolar world, leading integration processes and ensuring security and stable development throughout the post-Soviet space. As the geopolitical center of Eurasia, located at the intersection of the global axes West-East and North-South, Russia must regulate the balance of strategic interests and act as a bulwark of security and a fair world order in the new multipolar world. The reunification of the Russian people should become one of the priorities of Russian foreign policy. Russia should return to the doctrine of the trinity of the Russian people, which has existed for more than three centuries, according to which the Russian people consist of Great Russians, Little Russians and Belarusians, who are branches (sub-ethnicities) of one people, and the concept “Russian” covers all the Eastern Slavs – the descendants of historical Rus‘. In addition to recognition and development in domestic science, the doctrine of the trinity should receive legislative codification, becoming an integral part of the Russian legal system. The Trinity should be included in the normative list of Russian spiritual and moral values and receive appropriate legal protection.
Russia must become a refuge state for all compatriots of the world suffering from the onslaught of Western globalism, wars and discrimination. In addition to our compatriots, our country can become a refuge for millions of foreigners who defend traditional values, are loyal to Russia and are ready for linguistic and cultural integration in our country.

While protecting the terrorist funding of Hunter Biden’s company Burisma Holdings, this report details, corrupt puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky proclaimed yesterday: “Kiev already has a plan for a new counteroffensive against Russia…It depends on the US resuming military assistance to his country and the West in general helping Ukraine ramp up domestic military production…Russia has more men, more weapons…But the West has modern weapons systems…If we get production licenses from our partners, then it’s not about the number of people…It’s about the quality of the weapons”—a proclamation joined today by the Kiev Post article “Final Version Of Mobilization Bill Approved, Ukraine’s Soldiers ‘Not Happy’ About It”, wherein it revealed: “The rule on demobilization after 36 months of service disappeared from the final version…The military members, who have been serving since 2022, were waiting for this provision, wrote DPSU officer Maksym Nesmyanov…“This is a disaster… How could it be possible to promise demobilization to soldiers from December 2023, only to abandon them at the end!!! You can’t take away hope from soldiers that they will return home”, Nesmyanov wrote on Facebook”—all of which follows NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg acknowledging that NATO’s proxy war against Russia is ending in failure.
In watching NATO’s proxy war against Russia end in failure as Russian investigators close in on Western terrorist financial supporters, this report notes, it caused socialist European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell to fearfully observe: “The possibility of a high-intensity conventional war in Europe is no longer a fantasy and the bloc must do everything to avoid it…While a military conflict in Europe is not imminent and not going to start tomorrow, citizens should understand that the US umbrella that has protected us during the Cold War and after, may not be open all the time…Maybe, depending on who is ruling Washington, we cannot rely on the Americans’ support and American capacity to protect us”.

Biden Jr.’s presidency, that gap has shrunk, and the United States now sits almost evenly divided between Democrats and Republicans”.
