An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed President Putin will meet with United States Special Envoy Steve Witcoff tomorrow afternoon, says this revelation joined the news: “Russian armed forces have liberated at least 275 settlements in the special military operation zone since the beginning of 2025”.
