Weather Warfare

Weather warfare has been discussed on this blog before.  HAARP is the name of the weather modification system.  This video put out by the History Channel gives a good overview.  My only comment would be that it’s already here, it is not “out there” in the future as is hinted at in the video. My experience in studying these things is that once they are talking about it mainstream, as on the History Channel, it has already been occuring for quite some time.  In light of the droughts and fires in the west, the floods and hail in other parts of the country, this information should help connect the dots as to why this things happen.
