More Sinister Applications of HAARP
HAARP is a weather modification system that can be used to generate weather warfare. It has been written about more than once on this blog in connection with the violent storms and unusual wather in the United States, though it is not limited to use in the United States. The 3-11-11 earthquake and the resultant tsunami in Japan was also HAARP induced. It turns out that there may be even more sinister applications of HAARP even beyond the destruction that has already taken place.
