Heads Up — Warning
Here is something of interest in the form of a heads up warning. The investigative journalist speaking indicates he has not been given the actual timeframe. He does mention October.
Whether this weather is due to the cause he discusses, or whether it is from HAARP, is only of interest in that if it is from HAARP, it may be the way that Obama plans on creating some kind of disaster at the time of the election and then invoking martial law and calling off the elections. The fact that this information is being given to some secretly, and not to others, is noted and of interest.
The plans for the NWO have been long term and weather technology is available to them to help implement those plans. Disruptive weather is something that the government uses to extend its reach, purportedly, to “help the citizens”.
