Supreme Court Showdown on Obama’s Eligibility

The “Keyes vs Bowen” lawsuit has been appealed to the Supreme Court.
The Democratic California Secretary of State had refused to require Obama to prove he met U.S. Constitutional requirements before being placed on the ballot in California.
