Plane Carrying Ballots of Soldiers in Afghanistan Crashed and Burned

It was just reported that the plane carrying the ballots of shoulders in Afghanistan crashed and burned. However, the incident actually happened on October 19, 2012.

I believe that HAARP is in heavy use right now just before the election. It should be investigated in relation to this incident, where the ballots are lost, as well as the lives of those in the plane, and also in connection with Hurricane Sandy and other weather anomalies happening worldwide.
