HAARP Rings, Circles, Scaler Squares and Stairsteps
There are those who have been studying HAARP and have learned to read the warning signs. First these “rings, circles, scaler squares, and stairsteps”, as they are called, show up on the radar. Then, in a 24 – 72 hour period later, violent weather manifests as storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, hail storms, and hurricanes.
Basically, the satellites pick up flashes of images and these appear “on and off” on the weather maps. These are not normal weather indicators…these come in the form of flashing “on and off” “circles, rings, scaler squares and stairsteps”.
The person who made this video helps you to see these on the map. There is a particularly good example starting at 4:37. He points things out generally in the beginning of the video, but starting at 4:37 he pauses the video in a screen shot so you can really see the HAARP circle, and a little later, HAARP square.
