Chemtrails, otherwise known as contrails, are the lingering plumes of emission from aircraft. However, this is a difference between chemtrails or contrails. Normal contrails dissipate rapidly. There is another form of chemtrail, or contrail, that can last for hours and spread out, causing an overcast sky. These chemtrails of of interest in dicussions of HAARP and weather warfare.
