As we look at the pictures (click here) of the destruction of Hurricane Sandy, the question arises, who is responsible?

If Sandy is the result of HAARP, then who is running HAARP?  Who is giving the commands to figuratively throw the switches to turn HAARP on, off, and direct it?

If you think it is impossible that there are people so sinister as to do that, that may be because you surround yourself with decent people who would not think of doing anything like that.  Is it possible that someone in government might war against the nation’s own people?  Well, yes, we have seen it in nations such as the Sudan and Syria.  The thing is, most believe that it is impossible that anything like that would happen in the United States.

So let’s start with that premise…that it is “absolutely impossible” that the government would do anything against its own citizens.  Fine.  We can argue the point there as well.

If the government has nothing but goodwill and good intentions for its citizens, and wants the highest and best for them, why did it not steer Sandy out to sea through HAARP prior to the destruction?  There is ample evidence that there is a high degree of sophistication in how HAARP is used.

It really is a parallel to what happened in Benghazi.  Why did the administration choose to do nothing when it had the power to send in help and rescue the people under fire and probably save their lives?  It is a parallel situation and fundamentally no different.

Again, why was nothing done prior to Sandy hitting?  Oh, sure, Obama can appear Presidential about how he wants to get engaged or whatever, but how about engaging beforehand so that there would have been no or minimal destruction?   It’s a bit hypocritical to talk about how concerned you are if you could have stopped or lessened the “collateral damage” in the first place.  It’s a good sound bite, but it’s also deceiving to not mention that the bulk of the damage happened because of inaction on the government’s part to steer Sandy.

I believe it is entirely possible and likely that it was actually generated by the government because international treaty forbids weather warfare…it can only be used domestically and that leaves one government standing and responsible…the US government.

So should there be a lawsuit against all those involved in HAARP in the chain of command and those colluding with them?  As we look on the pictures of the damages, we understand the great suffering these people are going through and how much time, effort, money, and resources it will take to rebuild their lives, their businesses, and their communities.  If other citizens, howebeit in government, are manipulating weather for political purposes, should there be lawsuits against these people in their private capacities for recompense of damages done?  If there are foreign entities as well involved, not directly, but strategically, should there be international legal action taken?

If it is the action, or inaction, however you prefer to look at it, of a government that should have done better, because it had the technology to stop or steer the storm, and since that government is made up of private individuals serving in a public capacity, should the private individuals be sued for their failure to carry out their duties to ensure the American people are protected?  Should money from them be given to those affected so that they can rebuild their lives?

Who is responsible?  Should they be held accountable?  Or is that too inconvenient and unpleasant a question to ask because of the ramifications?
