Has the frog jumped out of the pot?  I wrote about The Frog in the Pot a few posts back.

The unexpected ruling by Chief Justice John Roberts has turned everything topsy turvy. It is not what anyone expected. While there are opinions for and against what he stated, one good thing may have happened. The frog may have been shocked enough by the sudden jolt to have jumped out of the pot.

The nation was being slowly boiled to death in the waters of political correctness. The ruling is radical enough to wake everyone up to the necessity of turning things around…and quickly.

Even for Obama’s followers, the word “tax” has awakened something. The Obama administration was calling it a “penalty” . “Penalty” just doesn’t have the same ring to it as the word “tax”. “Penalty” sounds like something done to corporations or the people running them. “Tax” has the ring to it that…this is probably going to be downright dirty in our backyard. People perked up their ears and woke up at the word “tax”. Even more shocking, as it stands, this is an open door for future laws to be enacted for someone to be taxed on anything a person does not do. If that doesn’t send shock waves through the psyche, then nothing will.

I believe the frog has jumped out of the pot and is waking up quickly. Hopefully, the shock to everyone will result in real change back towards the original intent of the Founding Fathers of a nation of freedom with limited government under the Constitution.
