A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov declared this morning alongside his counterpart Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing: “The Kremlin has signaled its readiness to engage in peace negotiations with Ukraine, but only if Kiev and its Western backers accept the reality on the ground…China and Russia are on the same page regarding the need to take into account the legitimate concerns of all parties involved, above all in the security sphere…In this context, we, together with our Chinese colleagues, reiterated the conclusion on the futility of any international events that not only fail to consider Russia’s position, but ignore it completely”, says Foreign Minister Wang Yi proclaimed in quick response: “As Russia’s friendly neighbor and comprehensive strategic partner, we will resolutely support Russia’s stable development and revival under the leadership of President Putin”.
As the United States nears igniting World War III with its aggression against China, this report notes, the official Chinese state media observed today: “The US is causing pain to Europe, equivalent to cutting flesh in terms of interests, which is also humiliating in terms of diplomacy…Washington was pushing to “put China in the text every two sentences”, said one European diplomat who spoke anonymously…”It kept hammering on the Chinese nail””—in a two-hour phone call on 2 April, it saw Chinese President Xi Jinping warning Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden that China is “not going to sit back and watch” if the Americans continues to suppress China’s trade and technology development and add more and more Chinese entities to its sanctions lists—all of which was joined by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning further warning today: “China-Russia relations should not be attacked or smeared, and the legitimate rights and interests of China and Chinese companies should not be harmed…China will take resolute measures to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests…The normal cooperation between China and Russia should not be subject to foreign interference or restriction”.
Following the peoples of Slovakia rebuking their socialist European Union and NATO overlords Sunday by electing as their new president anti-war Slovak parliament speaker Peter Pellegrini, who vowed in his victory speech: “I will do everything – whether anyone likes it or not – to ensure that Slovakia remains on the path of peace and not on the path of war”, this report continues, articles are now appearing today like “Conservative PiS Party Is The Most Voted In Local Elections In Poland, In Major Defeat For Globalist PM Donald Tusk”, with the Reuters News Service further revealing: “Nationalist opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) won the popular vote in Poland’s local government elections, final results showed on Monday, in a setback for Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s ambitions to cement his grip on power”—and in a move against the warmongering socialist American forces destroying Europe to ignite needless conflicts against Russia and China, the just released Politico article “Occupy Brussels! Viktor Orbán’s Plan For Europe” revealed: “Hungary, in Viktor Orbán’s words, is preparing for war…“We need to go deeper, occupy positions, gather allies and fix the European Union”, the 60-year-old Hungarian prime minister declared in an interview at the end of last year…“It’s not enough to be angry. We need to take over Brussels”…Orbán has long railed against the EU, using it as a scapegoat to rile up populist support and casting his country’s relationship with Brussels as an us-versus-them battle to hammer home a right-wing ideology grounded in nationalism and traditional family values…In the Hungarian leader, the EU faces a new type of Euroskeptic, one who doesn’t want to leave the bloc but instead shape it, putting his stamp on policies from support to Ukraine to the fight against climate change to migration”.
Standing opposed to the European peace forces led by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán declaring war on Brussels, this report details, are those like socialist European Union and NATO leader Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who just declared like a lunatic about the Ukraine conflict: “When you mediate peace, it begins with dialogue and after dialogue you start setting parameters…But I think the cold truth in this particular case is that the only way we can achieve peace is through the battlefield”—a declaration of peace through battlefield victory lunacy that followed corrupt puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky fearfully proclaiming: “If Congress does not help Ukraine, Ukraine will lose the war”.
Quickly after neocon socialist Democrat Party warmonger Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer grimly assessed: “The situation in Ukraine is desperate…With each passing day, Ukraine is running out of more soldiers, ammunition and hope…Let’s be blunt: the biggest reason Ukraine is losing the war is because the hard-right in the Congress has paralyzed the US from acting…That’s it, that’s the reason”, this report notes, American geopolitical expert on Eurasian affairs Matthew Blackburn, in his just released open letter “Ukraine War: Selling Stalemate And Prolonging Pain”, soberly observed: “A few months back, Chatham House issued a report underlining the hawkish consensus on the Russo-Ukrainian War: no compromise with Moscow; it must be soundly defeated and punished…Now, the war optimism that swept Western media across 2022 appears to have vanished…The same experts who boldly forecasted the defeat of a feckless and incompetent Russia are changing tact…A new level of NATO intervention may soon be required to secure a stalemate and avert Ukrainian defeat…Now, it is anyone’s guess how long Ukraine can hold on and what actions NATO could take to help…Given these dynamics, Russia has absolutely no incentive to agree to a ceasefire, which would only undermine their entire military strategy and give Ukraine time to recuperate and ready itself to fight at a future date…Ukraine’s top general, Valery Zaluzhny, has admitted the longer the war goes on, the better it is for Russia…Putin is pragmatic, but he will not betray his fundamental interests when the military dynamics are in Russia’s favor…And there is little reason to expect anyone in the Russian political system to advocate a radically different position…Any settlement in Ukraine that ends with it integrated and armed by NATO is utterly unacceptable for the Russian security state and military—as well as the tens of millions who strongly support the war inside Russia”.
Earlier today, this report continues, the neocon supporting Wall Street Journal observed: “Congress returns to Washington this week, and for once something substantive is on the docket…House Speaker Mike Johnson deserves credit for plowing ahead on U.S. support to Ukraine and Israel over the loud objections of his right flank…Few if any votes in the 118th Congress will be as consequential…Funding for arms passed the Senate with 70 votes but has been hung up in the House…More support for Kyiv is unpalatable to roughly half of the GOP conference…So it’s all the more notable that Mr. Johnson is clear about the stakes and is trying to cobble together a package that can pass”—an observation joined by Ukrainian Land Forces Commander General Aleksandr Pavlyuk proclaiming to all of the men, women and children in Ukraine: “Ukrainian citizens must realize that none of them will be able to escape mobilization as Kiev’s military suffers personnel shortages…The protection of the state is the constitutional duty of a citizen…It is necessary to understand that no one can sit this out”—and was a proclamation swiftly followed by the beyond all belief news: “The government in Kiev has designated several clown filled circus troupes as enterprises of critical importance, whose employees will be exempt from mobilization”.
Shortly after the Ukrainian Nazi Regime exempted all of its circus clowns from war mobilization yesterday, this report concludes, top British leader Secretary of State Lord David Cameron announced he was making an urgent visit to the United States, where he will first visit today with President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida for undisclosed reasons before traveling on to Washington—and is a mysterious visit between this top British leader and President Trump that follows articles appearing like “Trump Posted A Hilarious Ad Featuring The Eclipse And The Liberal Media Just Can’t Deal”.

China Issues Dire “Sarajevo Gunshot” World War III Warning To America

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in China this morning for a two-day official visit, says the leftist New York Times then revealed: “Four days of top-level economic meetings between the United States and China concluded in Beijing on Monday with no major breakthroughs”, and was a revelation joined by Chinese Premier Li Qiang declaring: “It is hoped that the United States will abide by the basic norms of market economy including fair competition and open cooperation, refrain from turning economic and trade issues into political or security issues, and view the issue of production capacity objectively and dialectically from a market-oriented and global perspective”.
After severing all military relations with the United States two years ago, this report notes, Chinese defense officials met last week with their American counterparts n Hawaii to hold what was described as “direct and clear” military talks—and was a rare military meeting between these two nuclear weapons armed superpowers immediately followed by the grim news: “The United States and three of its allies have announced a joint military exercise in disputed waters of the South China Sea, potentially ratcheting up tensions with Beijing as they seek to demonstrate their commitment to “safeguarding the international order”…Japan, Australia, and the Philippines have joined with Washington for a joint military drill in waters claimed by Beijing”.
In quick response to socialist Western colonial aggression, this report continues, the Southern Theater Command of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army launched massive naval and air combat patrols in the South China Sea yesterday, and it was quickly observed: “Chinese experts said on Sunday that China’s combat patrol represents a tit-for-tat response to the US-Philippines-Japan-Australia’s joint drills, illustrating PLA’s firm resolve and strong capability in safeguarding China’s territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests”—and was an observation of firm Chinese resolve followed by the warning: “The Philippines must understand that it is extremely dangerous to gamble its entire national fate on the balance of regional power games…China sees through the Philippines’ tricks and its attempts to rally external countries to hype up the South China Sea issue, and is fully prepared…The determination and will of the PLA should not be underestimated, and its responsible attitude to control the overall situation should not be distorted”.
Less than a fortnight ago on 29 March, this report details, the Chinese government published its final warning document “Manila Must Be Warned Against Horrors Of War”, wherein it gravely assessed:
In June 1914, the major European powers were forced into a war by the shooting down of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the throne of Austria-Hungary, in Sarajevo, which was part of the relatively small country of Serbia at the time.
The ensuing World War I was one of the darkest moments in history, leaving indelible scars that still haunt many countries across the world.
Exactly 110 years later, another relatively small country, the Philippines, has been making provocative moves and engaging in reckless brinkmanship, in an attempt to draw major powers into a conflict, which will have unprecedented consequences for the Asia-Pacific region.
Apart from selling misery to the international community and blackmailing Beijing, Manila has a lot more dirty tricks up its sleeves, such as claiming its “armed forces are under attack” to test the commitment of Washington to intervene on its behalf in any military conflict.
The 1951 US-Philippine security treaty, a remnant of the Cold War era, provides the Philippines with the US’ security umbrella and says that “joint action should be taken against armed attacks”. But the Philippines’ provocative actions targeting China has prompted the US to gradually extend its interpretation from the geographical scope to cover the disputes over the islands and waters in the South China Sea, and the Philippines’ official vessels.
As a matter of fact, the US has repeatedly confirmed that it is committed to helping the Philippines in case of a conflict.
Philippine politicians’ flirtation with the US in the hope of gaining the upper hand in the maritime dispute with China is extremely dangerous. The lessons of World War I should be heeded, especially by small states, because triggering a conflict will serve no country’s interest.
As for the US, it will commit a grave mistake if it intervenes in any confrontation between Beijing and Manila.
The US has no incentive in backing the Philippines’ in the latter’s illegal, aggressive territorial ambitions. Also, falling into the trap of a regional conflict laid by Manila would be detrimental to the US’ national strategy.
US decision-makers should realize that before Gavrilo Princip fired that fateful shot in Sarajevo, no one had imagined that Europe would be caught in a bloody World War I. They should also realize that the US’ military intervention on behalf of the Philippines would also be disastrous for neighboring countries.
Only a handful of leaders in the Philippines, ignoring the increasing challenges, such as rising prices, at home, are stirring up the extreme sentiments of the people by feeding them anti-China rhetoric. What they don’t realize is that once the “Sarajevo gunshot” is fired in Asia, the innocent people in East and Southeast Asian countries will become the biggest victims of war.
The “Sarajevo gunshot” should not be heard in the 21st century — in Asia or elsewhere.
In the just released Fox News article “World War III Could Start Over Philippines Dispute In South China Sea”, this report concludes, world-renowned China expert Gordon Chang most direly assessed: “It was twice last month, on the 5th and the 29th, that the State Department issued written warnings to China that we were prepared to use force to discharge our obligations pursuant to article four of the U.S. Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty…That’s a warning that we are prepared to go to war”—a dire assessment followed by former Pentagon senior advisor and decorated combat tactical legend retired Unites States Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D. most factually observing: “We need to stop marching into other peoples countries and trying to force people to become like us” and posting the truthful message to the American peoples: “We have lost $14 TRILLION over the last 20 year on dumb interventions in other countries…What good has it done?”.
