A federal court has ruled that appointees that Obama made when the Congress was not in recess, were illegal. That translates as…null and void.

Nice.

I’m glad that once in a while, at least, the judges recognize that they are supposed to uphold the Constitution, rather than legislate from the bench or succumb to the power of blackmail.

Now we need the same kind of intellectual honesty when it comes to Obama’s birth certificate. More than one professional has shown it to be a fraud. Even amateurs who are acquainted with Adobe Illustrator…even a child who knows how to work a mouse…can demonstrate how the elements can be moved around at will, something NOT AT ALL possible with a flat, paper document. A paper document cannot be separated into layers and the elements moved at will.

So, once Obama’s birth certificate goes through an intellectually honest court process, with an intellectually honest and not-bought-out judge, then other things will be null and void…like ObamaCare…like Executive Orders…like appointments…like vetoes…anything having the signature of a person without the legal authority to sign or decree those documents or orders.

Null and void…that sounds like a great end to ObamaCare.

Null and void…that sounds like a great end to Executive Orders that war against the American people.

Null and void…pro-Sharia law Supreme Court appointee.

Do we have any judges that are intellectually honest, and who are not succumbing to blackmail and threats? Maybe we can appoint them secret service protection so they can actually do their job without fear.
